Was able to order a unit that was on sale and get it shipped to my apartment. Communicated with me through the whole process, even letting me know when they were on the way. The flat rate delivery charge doesn't pencil out for me on a single item, but if you have multiple it starts to make a lot more sense. I'll be back when I need an armchair - no trouble getting that in a truck bed!”
