I reserved 3 vans way in advance and called 3 separate times to confirm. Day of and they had 1 van. It’s for a flower shop to deliver and they gave us 2 box trucks and a van. It was awful. I’ve called Heather and Justin Weir, I was told they were the supervisors, several times. They will not return my calls. It took almost an hour to get the wrong vehicles. We did everything possible to make make sure everything was ok. They said the person over the vans called out. No phone call was made to us. My advice JUST DON’T!!!

Unreliable. 3 hours late to my scheduled pickup. Wasted my time that I needed for moving my household.

I will never rent another truck from this company again, I rented a truck from them on 04/16/2018, I was quoted one thing over the phone but when I got to the location I was told something totally different regarding the mileage. The contract states 59 cents a mile so Shelby at the home depot location in Tiger Town did not state that if I give an estimated mileage and go over that they will charge me, she stated that the mileage was 59 cent a mile. I gave them an estimate only and because I went over 30 something miles from an ESTIMATE they charged me extra when I took the truck back on 04/17/18.The on 04/17/2018 Suzy, at the same location said they will take this from my $150.00 deposit but then she charged my card again for an extra $22. I called the district office and talked to some guy that stated because I went over my estimate I am being charged but if I would have said I am driving 150 miles verses 100 miles, then they would have to pay me back. How much sense does that make when they simple document that they charge 59 cent per mile regardless. I am furious and I do not recommend this company to anyone please use U-haul and they are cheaper without holding a $150.00 deposit.
