I am very disappointed in my experience getting my dog groomed. From the beginning I mentioned how this was my dog's first groom ever...and they seemed very okay with that and assured me that she will be fine. I first made an appointment for 1:45 pm (which was a time available on their website) to then receive calls and text at work that they are cancelling my appointment. I then made one for the next day at 9 am. We show up and I pick out the hair length I want and let them take my dog to the back. 2 hours passed and I get a call that my dog is ready for pick up. At this point I am just excited to see her look and expected her to be cut or at least trimmed. To my disappointment, I show up and was given a price handed to me before my dog even walks out. The woman says (before I see my dog) that I need to work on my dog moving too much when scissors go near her face...are you serious?? She is 5 months old and this was her first time, WHICH I MENTIONED. I than received my dog and she looks the exact same. $40 down the drain and time wasted for a bath that I could have given my dog myself. I never received a call when they were having trouble to discuss that maybe I should take her somewhere else. Instead, I had the unfortunate surprise at arrival. Very disappointed to say the least!!

PetCo has what I’m looking for and I’m often able to take advantage of my PetCo membership discounts. The sales people are always friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean and products are easy to find.

Hmmm my moms review was somehow deleted but i will write it again my puppy had an appt here about a week ago which he is a 8 pound shihtzu and he does have anxiety towards strangers which is in his records so they called me the previous week and stated they would put him with someone firmer, so i arrived at the store and just stood there for about 5 mins and wasn’t even greeted then the groomer finally came from behind the counter and looked at us and then proceeded to rub my puppy’s leg, why would she do that???? That isn’t how you greet a dog, he then growled at her and she immediately said “nope not gonna be able to do this HES aggressive” a 8 pound shihtzu really??? I spoke with the manager and he wasn’t any help at all African Americans don’t go to this store please and Thank You

I purchased multiple items and the sales associate does not offer me bag instead he hands me all six items. I asked for a bag to put the items and he stated the bags are $0.10. I told him that is fine I will pay the $0.10. He acted as if I was asking for him to do something outrageous. I will be shopping elsewhere.
