Luis Martinez helped me get setup and explained everything. This is my first time getting a storage unit, I'm glad someone friendly and easy to talk to was there to lend a hand. The guy (Mark) who set up the appointment @ the call center was nice too.

I have had my things stored at SROF for almost 4 years now and I love this place the staff is very friendly and understanding.. I wouldn't trust my stuff at any other storage facility. Hands down the best facility around the area. I highly recommend SROA!!! Robin Bailey

Luis Martinez was very helpful and helped us saved money. He gave us a tour and showed us the available spaces and what size would work for our items. Very knowledgeable about the available spaces in their facilities. Great customer service at this Opelika location.
