I am totally satisfied with their service!!! I have honda accord and paid $200 for full exterior/interior service with car seat cleaning because I had a stinky situation with my passenger car seat so I tried to clean it myself but the seat already absorbed everything to the bottom of the seat... so I looked through internet try to see what I need to do and found about "auto/car detailing service". my next step was to find out the place and I had a list full of auto detailing service centers and pro car care was one of it. looked through reviews, calling all the places, if they don't pick up I even made trip there. finally I decided to give pro car care try, and staff were very friendly, kind, and nicely explained to me how and what they will do. only thing was they were so booked and I had to wait until the 30th of April, but he told me he will gives me a call back as soon as he finds out one appointment gets canceled or I could go ahead and reserve a spot but then if I find other place that they can do earlier it's totally fine for me to go cancel theirs. I ended up getting call and heard good news that I could get my service the very next day. now I only smell fresh when I get in my car!absolutely loved their service, nice staff, and will go back in the future when I need professional cleaning with my car again!

Wonderful experience! I took my car in for an interior detail and PCC was able to remove years of stains from my microfiber seats. Friendly and quality service! Would recommend to anyone.

Marcus did an amazing job getting the scratches out of my truck. It shined when he was finished. Also he took the time to get all the dog hair out of the back floorboard which was very nice considering how much was there.

I wish I'd taken a before photo of my car... It was rough. Dog hair everywhere. Cigarette ash stuck all over the cup holders & gear shift. Dirty seats just from neglect & being too busy & driving my other vehicle instead. Final straw was spilled coffee that wasnt cleaned up right away that resulted in a nice fluffy green mold on the passenger side. Siiigh with everything going on I finally had some down time to go buy some products to clean it up good. Only problem is I had NO IDEA How to clean any of the said above issues out of a car. I remembered my sister had taken her car to this place years ago when she had an accident with a speed bump & crockpot full of cocktail weenies. I drove by and they were OPEN!!! I explained my shameful neglect & he took one look inside & said "oh yea, this is no problem " shocked & grateful I told him take ALL the time needed. He didn't need much. He called back after just a day and said I was ready to go. Full. on. shock! My car looks like it's from a showroom display! I have no idea in heaven how they got some of that stuff off that they did. If you have anything going on in your vehicle big or small I promise you, they can do it. Aside from just how awesome my car looks, I appreciated just how much pride they had in their work as I was watching them get into the small details of another vehicle they were working on when I was leaving. This will be the Only place I take my vehicles to from here on out. And I'm gonna start making it an annual thing so I can keep it looking as awesome as they made it look. Thanks so much guys. U just made a forever customer!
