This location has improved so much ! Used to dread coming here after multiple bad experiences with the old manager , I believe her name was Brianne. She was always short tempered with customers & rude to her own EMPLOYEES , who picked up her slack while she was outside smoking. Prices were never what the tag said they were on the shelf & she’d shrug it off. With the new manager it’s a whole different store. Everything is organized , correct prices are displayed , all sales are displayed with neat cards ! Lexi & Savannah are your go to girls if you have any questions!! They are super patient & kind & they’ve never steered me in the wrong direction when it comes to products or hair color. They always have the best recommendations & great attitudes ! Love this store again !! Management really does play a big part.

The lady working today with the nose ring and upside down cross tattooed on her face was so rude. We asked her a simple question, and she was very unfriendly. Horrible costumer service. I love Sally’s but will not be going back to the Opelika location.

oliver's service was so exceptional. it's not an exaggeration to say that dying my own hair was a life changing event for me, and oliver walked me through everything. like other reviews mentioned, he is a huge asset to the business. thank you again for your help, oliver ❤️

it’s literally a hair emergency. my hair turned green from swimming, and i have a big event to attend tonight. found a product here i wanted to buy to get rid of it. drive all the way here, try to walk in, and the doors are locked. it’s 11:30. they open at 10. there wasn’t even any explanation on the door, no sign, no anything. i understand, everyone is understaffed, but atleast inform the public when you will be open, or a rough estimate. i am writing this with tomatoe sauce in my hair. now i smell like tomatoes. thanks.

The closing times are inaccurate. If the sign says you're open until 7, they shouldn't close until 7pm! I showed up with 15 minutes to spare, I just needed 1 thing there. I knew where it was and how much it was. Would have been a 5 minute stop at most. But I go to open the door and its locked they're closed. I saw someone in the store but they just shrugged and continued what they were doing. If the sign says 7 they should be open until 7.

I am so disappointment in the store now more than ever. How in the hell you can charge someone$.15 for a bag when you spend over $100 in the store. Thank you but no thank will find somewhere else to get my product from this day forward. Good luck o the new owners and new change.
