On 6 November, I went in to make a payment and I know for a fact I was truly behind because of identity theft going on with my banking account. I was really upset. Said some words that had no business saying but some one help me out with the word and I thanked her for that I Apologized and payment was made, but and set up a payment for me coming in on 1 December was understanding, but someone in the office decided to go in there knowingly I’ve been trying to work in my credit to open up my business, (it’s my fault to bring it up )Make my credit score drop 43 points due to the fact they didn’t like me saying I miss three payments on the 15th report it this person is super rude. Of course the company will be biased. Before I access this loan, I asked him do they automatically take it out of your bank not knowing that you can set up auto pay they don’t want you to know that Like I said, I’ve been dealing with identity theft had to put a freeze on my credit so I’m very aware with credit but for that person and you know who are we God bless you and keep you. I don’t carry hate in my heart But it seems that some person in the office does Hanging the phone up on me isn’t becoming
I spoke to Steven( Steve ) He said he didn’t have the number to arbitration and called dropped
Minutes later he calls back with the number
Not just that speaking about other things on my credit that openly in front of people that don’t know me from Adam

Hung the phone up on me serval time saying she was the only one working but friend called and proved she lied saying she was the only one there in the office
Sorry it’s all over the place grammar might be off
But upset how someone with all your personal information can mess your life up
Once again, this is my experience we have some good people in that office!
