I've had spectrum just over a month and down three days and I miss all the important sporting events in my opinion and yet HGTV and other channels work and they can't explain to me why that happens. Spectrum sucks. In my opinion I hate it.

Slow to fix service problems ! there was apparently a outage i’m assuming in my area and Spectrum has NOT been out to fix the outage. been several days and my wifi is STILL out.

Nice clean quick n easy. My only problem was the girl helping me was on her personal phone the entire time she helped me. And I didn’t appreciate her saying my name and address while she was on the phone. Total violation of my privacy!!

I really wish that you would reward your loyal customers with good prices on your services or at least let them keep the rates they started with when they came to your company and stop increasing the amount you charge. This practice only encourages people to consider going to other companies and fosters negative emotions towards your company. If you would reward loyalty you would not lose many of your customers. I just received ANOTHER rate hike on my bill and am considering looking at other options. I called your customer service line, but my take away from the call is either take the new price or leave. I am considering going elsewhere for the services I have with your company.

I like the store here in Opelika never had problems with the employees they are nice but Call Center and the products are a negative to me. They went down hill recently adding things to your account that you never had or even asked for. Sad part is we have been doing business with yall for Four years and it has not gotten better and taking advantage of people. There is always a catch and messed up my husbands account $300 for something we didn't have. Its a shame really

Lazy employees, there was 3 employees and 40 minutes before close, they said the system "was down" . Unfortunately, I came here various times and they always have an excuse to not attend the customers. Do not recommend.

Not sure about the store or all of your employees, but the 2 on Sunday 5/7/23 was very RUDE. The store did not close until 5 and we were there to turn in equipment in because my son was moving and was there at 4:50. We saw employees in the store and we kept knocking on the door and they would not even acknowledge us. We kept knocking on the door and the guy at the register just throwed his hands up. Now we have to try to find a store to turn this equipment into. These employees don't even deserve a 1 star.

Some of the worst internet services I have ever encountered. If you care about your mental health stay away from this company, nothing but robo calls when you call for help. Had for almost 8 months and had 4 different spectrum workers come and tell me different things each time, problem is still not fixed. They have replaced both the router and modem twice and I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS. This service is terrible, avoid at all costs
