“I had an excellent experience during my visit! I lost my key and Lewis went above and beyond to help — he cut the old lock, set me up with a new one, and even saved me money by getting me into a bigger unit for a better price. Great customer service and super helpful. Highly recommend!”

worked with Louis and Rebecca at SROA. Louis was quick to respond and met us at a separate facility that he manages to show us available space. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious and explained several scenarios we should account for. After confirming proximity of unit close to front-door, I reserved the unit and worked with Rebecca to finalize agreement and setup my account. She is very efficient, organized, friendly, and a good communicator. Of note, the unit I rented is location close to but separate from their business office located at another facility down the road. This was not an issue for me. We will begin moving our belongings this evening.

I've used at least a dozen different climate controlled storage facilities over the past ten years. This was below average, for the following reasons: minimal AC running through the building, has very few pest control measures in place, it's the first time I've ever seen dead roaches after emptying my belongings, and staff rarely (if ever) present. I used this over the college summer break. On the plus, access was easy, you can back vehicles up close to the doors, and it is close to AU.

We rented a vehicle unit for when my daughter flew back home for Christmas to keep her car safe. The staff were very helpful and very kind. They helped me out, and helped my daughter figure out what to do in her end. Everything went smooth and received the best customer service. We will be using their service again in the future.
