THE WORST TARGET I've ever been to. This place is a disaster, nothing ever in stock (will say its in stock online, and they will bring you something completely different out OR won't be on the shelves) they are so disorganized. The clothing areas are always a mess. I am so confused on the buyer/purchaser of this store location there is NEVER any of the good fun items. Columbus location will have so many wonderful items and things to shop. Such a Sad target. Maternity and Baby sections are always bare.

I was told to get out of line to take a pic to prove a price that was listed and upon return i had to wait in line after already waiting for a while with my 6 month old and showed the pic and then was challenged as to if the item qualified when it clearly did.

Wish they would do away with the order pick area if they are not going to use it. I stood there for 20 minutes and watched the return line grow for someone to finally acknowledge me just to tell me to get in this line that is now really long. Would have been some good information when I first got there.

Today was a good day. So much so, I'm writing a 5 star review. I went in to purchase some Biscoff cookies ?. I needed help finding them and asked one of the workers. Ms. Jourdan stopped what she was doing to help me. ??♀️ She also introduced me to the, Biscoff ice cream ? as well. ❤️
Check out was also awesome. Both the cashier and the customer ahead of me.

Went to buy a birthday present for my mom’s doctor and diapers for a baby shower. We got a cup that says “You are the best” (about $7) and a big box of Pampers infant diapers ($45). The cashier was courteous and treated us well.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been target card member since 2016. I have had the same checking account with auto payment setup if i forget to make payment. But the last 4 months (December-March) when i pay my card off, before or on the due date, my account is placed on hold for 7 days to 15 days. The customer service reps have only been able to tell me it’s because there waiting on the payment to clear…. This has never been an issue before December and i have left more surveys then i care to admit. The simple thing would be to cancel the card and get a card with customer service that actually cares but now i just want to see how long, or if someone at Target actually gives a rip.

1 star because I hope they will see it and stop doing it! I have ordered pickup several times throughout the past 2 years [health reasons] and every time I ordered fruits or vegetables they give me spoiled or rotten food. I have to even check all my dates on every food item because they are always 1 day before expiration or already expired! Please stop doing this! Here is just a couple of photos of what I have dealt with.
