My rating on them is really zero stars. I don’t know how they treat there locals but they treated my as if I didn’t matter or my vehicle. Was recommended by who I will not say but a local for transmission service since they specialize in I thought. They got my car on 08/07/23 and I had to get the police involved to get my vehicle on 09/29/23. That’s 30 days and 3 weeks. I had to file a civil customer complaint with the State of Alabama Attorney General’s Office as well. I drove from Florida to take care of my parents but my license plates are TX. So they know I was from out of town and they took advantage of that. Between that time there was very little communication from them. They called me twice in August with me initiating the call. I was back in Florida. One call on Sept 1 with no pertinent info. I came back on 9-14 and showed up and said I want my car. Josh the manager came out no apology just mumbles something and said it will be done at the end of the day and walked away. That’s when I called the police. They have no integrity and the police saw the workers attitude and so did the tow guy. Which he, Jac was very helpful from Tiger Towing. Maybe it was my model they we’re having a time with but if you’re have issues at least communicate so that I could make a decision as to complete the job. Now all I got is a taken out transmission and parts. Out of towners BEWARE‼️‼️Service: Transmission

This place is very unprofessional, no integrity and no class. My Sister had to call the police to try to get her car after they since August resulting in no repair and no communication. Josh the so-called owner and staff is very low class.

They are in the process of working on my car, and I have no doubt they will do a great job! Being a single mother of 3 my car is definitely my source of movement. I'm trusting them to get me right. Very very professional service great company and great staff!Service: Transmission

Fantastic place! They just put a new transmission in my mustang and it works great! Totally recommend them. It took a while but that's only because they put more care and dedication into fixing it than anyone else. Reasonable prices, and very lovely friendly people too. I would use their services again.

Good customer service great mechanics believe in doing the job right the first time around overall great place to take your vehicles they treat your vehicle like it was their own I would recommend this place to anybody

Don't take your vehicle to them they're shady My Mustang need a Transmission, I knew it was going cost a lot but I was okay with that. I wasn't in a hurry to get it back at the time. I call they had same excuse no help they will get to it soon. A couple months when by so, I when back to the shop they said they had to move it cause something else was wrong with it they said it going take some time to get the parts so a couple of months when by again the same excuse.Service: Transmission

Went in for a torque clutch and 3rd gear that I was quoted 1500.00 for advised I didn’t want anything else just those service talked to a rep and was told when they put it on the rack that the cv axle broke they was going to repair it at no cost to me next thing I know there is a 2000.00 bill for things extra that I didn’t ask for I will never use them again was told car will be ready on that Monday when I took it in on Thursday wasn’t ready called for a full week never able to get anyone on the phone talked to several workers that explain what was done of course when it’s time for me to get my refund for overpayment the bill comes exactly to what was paid lol not to mention a brand new motor put in my car from Hyundai not 5 months ago now I have a oil pan leak save your self the drama find another shop this shop is a rip off.Services: Transmission

Horrible service, everytime I call I'm placed on a 10 minute hold , my car arrived monday but wasnt even looked at for 4 days , the past 2 days I called and was placed on hold with "false hope" , that my car would be looked at first thing in the morning. I was told this 2 days in a row.

We had them to put a new transmission in my daughter's car. They said it would be finished in a week, but it was about a month, or a little over. When we got the car back, it was smoking & leaking. Additionally, one of our brand new headlamps looked old, air & dash gouges weren't working either. They said that wasn't their problem, but it was fine when it went in the shop. They towed the car back to their shop to fix leak. They said they fixed the leak, but it needed a cv axle & we owed 250. We had already paid them 3,400. They gave us 30 days to pay. As soon as we got car back, smoking & leaking again. They said it needed to be put in a new case. Got it back,smoking & leaking again. They said they fixed it again & it needed a power steering line. Got car back, smoking & leaking again. They said it was finally fixed, but same thing AGAIN. We got the car back, smoking & leaking AGAIN. They have had the car in their shop for 3 months, while my daughter has only been able to drive it home after she gets it from them, and park it. I told Josh I felt like we should be able to take it to another shop & they pay the bill because obviously they couldn't fix it, or we should get a refund. He said we still owed him the 250. I said you haven't fixed the car & we already paid 3,400, so I'm not paying anything else. My daughter was promised they would be finished in a week & here it is over 3 months without a drivable car. My daughter could only get a ride to work for about 2 weeks, so she lost her job. This has been a nightmare. Now, Tiger Transmission won't answer the phone. They should make this right. They got their $. They were on vacation last week, but my daughter can't even drive to the grocery store. I see how they treat their customers.
