I have had multiple packages state they were delivered to my front door, but there was no package. My doorbell camera did not show any activity at all. My home is 105 years old so this is not a new address.

They said that they couldn't make my delivery because I had moved. I told them I hadn't moved and the main usps number says they can't do anything about it. And the local office won't answer their phone. I have called 5 times now with no answer.

Always messing up, quite literally the WORST delivery drivers ever. They put my package where ever they feel it need to be left. I buy comics and they bend my order in the mailbox, I live in a trailer park...... not hard at all to find my house.

Every single time I have a package being delivered by USPS it always gets deemed undeliverable and gets returned to the sender. This doesn’t happen with any other carrier so it’s very annoying. Please just deliver my packages

I ordered for a photo shoot and got the notification that my package had arrived. I was home all day and received nothing. I went to the past office and they took my information, but I got no follow up. I called a week later and left it again and was promised a follow up. Still nothing. Avoid at all costs. Money wasted! Usually have packages shipped from other logistics companies. This was a pre selected option.
Just called again and was told that my package was sent to the completely wrong location and the deliverer attempted to retrieve it and was unsuccessful. How tf does that even happen? And what is a letter supposed to do for me?!

Should be a negative rating... multiple times over the past 6 months, I've had packages delivered later than expected.. i get it things happen, but ALL the time?? Every time I renew my box, the price goes up.. How do you inform me of a package being out for delivery, on the actual day of delivery at 6:28 am and then at 9 pm that night, inform me that my package will be delivered 3 days later? SERIOUSLY..? When you continue to go up on your prices and the service gets worse, something is extremely wrong!! This is ridiculous... make it make sense!!

I’ve been living in Opelika my entire life. So I can truly say this branch has gone down hill. I have had several packages in the last few months not be delivered on the scheduled date and/or time. I’m a tax paying small business owner, so the packages I am looking to receive were scheduled yesterday NIGHT @ 8pm to be delivered. I watched a postal worker stop at my mail box, deliver paper mail, and HOLD my package. Now I have a Red alert saying that they couldn’t access my mailbox to deliver my package. The package had been out on delivery since 6:30 am. I live less than 10 minutes away from the post office! This is unacceptable

I’m quite frustrated with the delivery service in the Drakes Landing area of Opelika, AL. Whenever I have a package or an envelope that requires a signature, the USPS drivers never come to my house to collect it. Instead, I have to make the trip to the local post office to pick it up myself.
What’s even more concerning is that I often receive yellow cards stating that the driver knocked on my door or rang the bell, but I’ve been home every time, and my security camera can confirm that no one came by. This has happened multiple times, and it feels dishonest.
I really hope USPS can address this issue, as it makes me question why I’m paying with my tax dollars for their services.
