Zero customer service. When we entered the store, there were three employees but no one greeted. We waited 5 min but no one asked anything so we just left the store. We were thinking about the change business plan t mobile to Verizon, but now we don’t want to transfer plan to Verizon anymore because of very bad customer service.

Pretty straightforward. As far as Verizon store goes. I've been here probably a dozen times. About 2/3 of them. Have been straightforward walk-ins with business done. When they are super busy, not nearly as much fun. Good staff.Biggest complaint is the requirement to make a reservation. Sometimes. That's more of a Verizon issue than a location issue.

Ashleigh was very professional and patient. She spent 2 hours cleaning the mess that was created at the Eastchase store in Montgomery Al when we switched to Verizon few days ago .We had to go back to the store today because the geek squad couldn't get the imessage on my wife phone fixed to work and fortunately Cale was working and he fixed it in 10 minutes .Big Thanks to Cale .

Absolutely the worst service ever! Placed an order at 7:30 am and went by the store to check on it at almost 4:30pm and the 2 women in the store that helped me or should I say didn't help me said oh it is still processing and had no idea if or when my case may be ready. I know it was only a case but I feel like they should at least have apologized for the order taking so long. I was starting to have a higher opinion of this store until today.

i went in due to my app giving me complications on a trade in and can i just say that the staff was AMAZING they helped me get my stuff figured out so i can trade my phone in. they were super funny from the jump and it made it a welcoming experience. i hope everyone has/had an experience like i did

I have had some bad experiences at phone stores before, but this was not one of them! I walked in and was immediately helped by two representatives. They were both so friendly and helpful and made the process of getting a new phone easy and smooth. Thank you, Angel and Andrew!!

My great grandmother is 84 years old and is not up to date with new technology, so when she received something in the mail saying she had to renew her military discount membership, she tried to do it online but couldn’t. She was contacted by the agents online and they told her to go to her local Verizon store, so she did. When she showed up no one was helping her until she spoke to someone. This man claimed to be the “owner.” She was talking to him and explained her situation and tried to show him something that explained it on her phone and he very rudely dismissed her, she told him that she was told to come up to her local Verizon to get help with her military discount. He very rudely told her that they can’t help her and sent her off with no help. Extremely rude staff. What is the point of the store if you’re not going to genuinely help your loyal customers (she has been one for YEARS).

Im a current t- mobil customer. I went to this location on 8/1. To transfer from tmobil. The rep at this location gave me a quote of $200 credit per line and additional $300 for a total of $900 i would recieve on a verzion e card. Since i still owe roughly $1200 to tmobil for my current phones. I had to take a few days to think about it. Well i went back to this location on 8/9. I was informed they would not honor the quote from 8/1 due to the fact it expired on 7/26. So since i felt the was a bait and switch i decide to stay with tmobil. I know verizon is a large company that wont miss my bussiness. But i feel you should honor your quotes you give to future customers.

Very well ran store but be prepared to wait or set an appointment as it gets very busy. Also watch for the chick fil lay traffic going in here. People are serious about their chicken.

Quick service even before our appt time. Knowledgeable and the Rep referred us to a place that could repair our cell since he knew he couldn't get the jammed SIM card out. It worked out perfectly .

Went in this morning because my iPhone has been acting up for the past week, constantly dropping calls, losing signal throughout the day for absolutely no reason, and multiple other issues. I screenshot the signal bars and let themKnow it only worked as soon as I walked into the store. The young man who at first helped me was very friendly and told me they had a lot of issues lately with SIM cards not working. He swapped out the sim for me and I was on my way. I stayed in the Tiger Town area for about another 1.5 hours and my signal never came back after leaving the store. I had an issue with my watch saying my iPhone had been left in the area after the sim was replacedI came back to the store and let the man claiming to be “one of the managers” know that I had been there earlier and the phone wasn’t working right. He said, well you need to call technical support because we can only test if it works here. He was very rude and told me they wouldn’t help me. It didn’t even work In their parking lot. But since the previous employee had changed out my SIM card I’ve been unable to turn on my Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or several other options but they did work in the store, not outside the store. I started to get frustrated and as I walked out the door I said “f***inf Verizon” because this “manager” was being completely unprofessional, loud and rude. I admit I shouldn’t of said that but do swear out of frustration. I did NOT swear at an employee - I was outside when I said it.As I reached the parking lot my phone started not working again so I walked back in the store and it was obvious that this employee had talked badly about me because every person in the store turned around and starred at me, then this “manager” proceeded to scream at me with a store full of customers telling me since I wanted to swear at them to leave the store. He screamed at me loudly and it was embarrassing, probably more for the store than me. He was the most unprofessional person at that store and I don’t even know how someone like him could be supposedly promoted to manager. As a manager, you’re supposed to remain calm, cool and collected, plus he had a very dirty appearance. I had tried go avoid working with him the last time I came into the store prior to today. People have bad days and sometimes it comes out as frustration - especially when they’re paying $1500 for a phone and over $300 a month for phone services and their products aren’t working.I would’ve Given this store 5 stars a month ago when I came in and picked up a phone for my business because the manager that helped me that day was amazing but this “manager” and his lack of professionalism ruined it for me.
