Had to get my battery tested. They checked my alternator which was the issue. They told me it may be the fuse not the alternator. It was the alternator. They don't know past the equipment they are working with. They need more training in their jobs.

I'm not satisfied because I ordered an alternator on Wednesday around 11am. Was told it would arrive around noon on the next day, Christmas eve day. I called and was told it had not been ordered. I'm a disabled kidney dialysis patient and I depend on this little truck to get me to the dialysis center. I had to re-order the alternator and I have to wait until Monday after Christmas before I can get the truck fixed. This is only the most recent issue from this store I've experienced. Please, can someone hire a more competent employee.... UPDATE ... I called again on Monday after Christmas and was told that they ordered a starter by mistake. I can not believe the incompetence of the employees here.It seems that the responder to this post has also failed to pay attention. Is this a company wide incompetence? In the future I would suggest using other automotive parts dealers. No, i have not gotten the alternator yet. But I do hope the other store i ordered from has the correct part. I am planning on picking it up today.
