I was charged $4 extra for 2 Steele Reserves. They cost $1.89 a piece and I was charged $7.09 for the 2. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I am outraged by this. Me, not my family and friends will be shopping here anymore, until this is made right!

Rudest woman at the front desk... Leaves the store wide open, and then is rude when you are standing in her store! Screaming that she doesn't open until 6, but it's only 2 min ahead and the door is wide open... Customer service does not exist at this store.

Allows people to hang around store and bothers customers. Josh operational gives permission for this to be allowed and also refused to return phone calls oncomplaints on Opp store.

All but one of the staff members are very helpful and friendly and patient with an old woman.The one person I've encountered who Is NOT friendly is Jamie!

Terrible management. Only 2 employees ever work, they’re always leaving the man to do the job, when there is 4 other employees working, and they’re all in the back laughing and chatting.Also bc of the manager , there is a young black man doing jail time for a door that had been broken for months and because it came off track on him one day he got blamed for destroying it.The female employees are always talking mess about the other employees to the customers. The manager and female employees are always cussing. Terrible customer service. Nasty store. And all but two staff members always have bad attitudes toward customers. Shout out to Dakota and Deanna S for great customer service always!

This store has the worst customer service possible the manager has no people skills she treats good employees like dirt the other people that work there are just like her no people skills the manager and employees are always outside hanging out with customers or on the phone while there is one employee in the store busting his but while the rest are either outside or in the backroom and that store is dirty needs some really good cleaning and pizzas they act like when you call in for a pizza order it's a bother y'all really need to get better employees because the ones y'all have are lazy

One particular cashier is so incredibly slow there has been a line to the door anytime there is enough people to do so. She holds conversations while people wait and always has a few people there to accompany her thru her shift.
