My tax preparer was not educated in self employment taxes. I had to make many corrections before she submitted. The tax advance is just a ploy to get you to pay $600 to get your taxes done because then they deny the advance. Never again. If I did not know how to do taxes i would have owed $7454 instead of getting a refund of $4500.

This was the worse experience I had. Took 1 1/2 hours to get our taxes done because the lady wanted to stay on the phone the whole time.

Eva AKA Darlene is THE BEST. Super fast. I don't even have to show up beyond dropping off my documents. She got me the largest return I've ever received in my life this year. She's super communicative. I trust her to get me every deduction. I drop off all my documents and a couple days later my tax return is ready to be filed. I highly recommend her.
