“I’m new to chickens. Unfortunately 11 of mine went missing one night. I went to the opp location of tsc and was very upset. One of the managers (Amy) was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very busy and took the time to help me and made me laugh. I’ve been to TSC in a lot of towns. This one is the best. Anyone can do their job, but rare to find ppl that care about others these days. She really did. The store is clean, big and new. Her staff is nice as well. That alone is 5 star. But I’d give 10 stars if I could for the kindness she has shown me this week. Highly recommend!”

“My generator tank developed a leak. Responce to investigate the leak was prompt and Charlie kept me informed about what he was doing and how to resolve the problem. Further response to exchange the tank was also prompt and the technician was prompt, explained the process of what he was doing and what was needed to secure a delivery of gas. The service I received from Thompson during this series of events is much better than I have received in the past. The only negative criticism in this case was the initial call to report the leak - the first thing the call taker wanted to do was to tell me how much thompson would charge me if the leak was my fault. I don’t mind being told each part of an investigation of the leak but it seemed that explaining the cost was her priority. Overall this was a very positive experience.”
