Worst pharmacy I have ever been in. What is the point in having a pharmacy if you can't feel any of the medications because it's out of stock or you just refuse to. My child needs his medications and I've done wasted half a day waiting on these people and they didn't even want to call or text me and let me know that they don't have it

I kept trying them in hopes it might change. Nope. I won't go back. They people behind the counter in Pharmacy are rude and super slow. The short blonde heavy set woman in the front drives me crazy with all her script questions. Sounds like she's done it 4 million times and she super bored!! Even if she can tell you don't wanna answer all those extra questions she still does it and in a very rude ans condescending manner. Yeah I only go there if I absolutely have no choice.

I ALWAYS have a problem with this pharmacy! For one, the ones behind the counter are Rude and not helpful. My husband dropped off a RX for my 3 year old to get pain meds for his Broken Arm and I waited till 4pm until I finally called and they said oh sorry we don't have that medication, someone should have called! Well No one called and my baby now has to suffer. Im switching to someone else immediately

Not only did they give me the wrong medication a few weeks ago, they refused a child medication for pain with a bad ear infection. The pharmacist said that she would never give her child Tylenol 3 and thats fine but I don’t believe her personal opinion should play a roll in a child’s pain relief. It was suggested by TWO doctors and when her prescription was taken to another pharmacy, they filled it with no problem and even commented on that specific pharmacist. Apparently this is an ongoing problem. My entire family is pulling their prescriptions out of opp Walgreens and even Walgreens all together. The pharmacist should not decide if a child gets pain relief or not.

Very rude in the pharmacy, very unprofessional, the pharmacists working on May 14th 2022 at 4:00 pm would be looking for another job if I was in charge. I am lost for words right now with them. Will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to come back.

Don't bother going in there unless you are dropping off a prescription picking up a prescription or getting a covid shot. Other than that I stood there for 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged that I was there and there was 4 of them behind the screen and all I was doing was to ask the pharmacist of her opinion for medication that I needed for my wife who was having dizzy spells. I finally mentioned to the front register person what my problem was and she walked me to the area that might help.Take the 12 mile trip to your next town and go to Walmart pharmacy.

My Mother just took my Grandmother in to get a copy of her vaccine card and they are refusing to give it to her. You can't withhold someone's information. This is absolutely ridiculous. My Grandmother is 84 years old and doesn't need this stress. Neither does my Mother who is a breast cancer survivor.

I have had nothing but issues with this Walgreens. I’ve used Walgreens in other locations for years with no issues at all. Twice I have left to only get home (20 minutes away) to realize one of the medications I needed filled were not in my bag. They have not had prescriptions that were needed to be filled. Today drew the last straw. My 2 year old needed an antibiotic for strep. When the medicine was being picked up they informed us they did not have the antibiotic in and wouldn’t have it till Monday. Instead of doing their due diligence and helping out a two year old who needed an antibiotic and did not need to wait from Friday till Monday to get it they just left it at they would have it Monday. A patient should not have to ask to see if another local pharmacy has that prescription needed. A lot of patients may not even ask that it be sent somewhere else. The staff at this location need to have a little more compassion and they obviously need someone to come in and help them get their pharmacy running the way all the other locations are. Also, this has been happening since they opened (way before COVID).

This store is the worst. Their system for customer service is horrible. If you are waiting for a prescription (Usually 20 min or more) when they call your name, they make you get back in line and wait again.Their prices are too high for medicine. I have used Walgreens for 25 years and this by far the worst I've ever dealt with.
