One time they were booked so I went somewhere else cause I was desperate! Huge mistake! Never taking my kids anywhere else. They are sooo patient which is needed with my crying toddler who is scared of haircuts.

Paid $400 for permanent eye liner. Went for two appointments. Liner did not last. Requested refund and was not given. Will contact bbb and file claim in small claims court. G J Normand was the artist-technician.

I got my hair colored with Tiffany today. I was offered snacks and coffee while I waited for her to finish her last customer. She gave me a consultation on the color and explain the process. It took a bit too long...five hours..however, my hair color came out to be great! She is very good and knows what she's doing! I love it and will definitely come back again!

This review is for my favorite Hairstylist Hae Mi. She's been my stylist for 5-6 years now. I lost her for a while when she moved to a different salon but I found her again and couldn't be more happier. Hae Mi is very good with her hands, very meticulous and artistic. I always come out from this salon feeling beautiful. I don't let anyone do my haircut other than Hae Mi.

Fritz is the best! He can do exactly what you want and then some! After he does my hair, I feel like "lioness Queen!"I have never had a hair engineer be able to handle my wild, frizzy hair till Fritz! 15 years later, still happy with dr. Fritz

It's like I walked into a salon in Korea. However, it's amazing to see the diversity of clientele and how the artists there cater to the individual client. The interior is beautiful and is up-kept throughout the entire time. I've been here a few times, and Ben has been nothing but amazing. He listens to what the client needs and is very detail-oriented. If you ask, you shall receive. And not all stylists out there give meaningful consultations. Go ahead and book your appointments with him!

I've been going to G.J. for several years now and have been extremely happy with the results. I've always had sparse eyebrows and as I approached menopause, they disappeared. G.J. "tattooed" beautiful new ones on me. I've had them "touched up" a couple of times over the past 10 years or so. I was so pleased with my eyebrows that I had her tattoo on my eyeliner ... and have never regretted it! She's a real artist.
