I left this place with a new Iphone 15 pro max, wireless service and feeling like a bother. I wasn't given a receipt or plan or a bag with my new box, cord and charger I had to carry it all out out in my hands and look in my email for a receipt and further details of what I signed up for. The AT&T rep told me they couldn't touch T Mobile on a plan. He wasn't really interested in selling me a phone or service, but did help me understand better the new phone.He told me the monthly cost of service, insurance, etc.but broke down the monthly total after everything was completed and paid on a "post it" note. I'm not happy that after years of 5G, I'm at 2 to 4 bars of LTE and paying way more but getting less. The AT&T customer service line is a joke. I have been on hold for 1.47 hours for further explanation about the speed issue and how do I get out of this disastrous four hours of waisted time with AT&T. I will say it's my own fault for changing from T Mobile with unlimited 5G wireless speed for way less, great customer service and sales reps. I was happy with T-Mobile for over 20 years and changed on.the recommendation to go to AT&T from a vendor for use with a work app, but will not continue. I gave one star because there is no wait at this place.

Just left the AT&T store at Orange Beach.One customer with one employee.. after walking in the store, the employee never made eye contact or spoke.Waited a few minutes without being acknowledged. I finally asked if anyone else available to assist and he just said “no”I was planning on purchasing new phone ( existing customer for 20 years). I’ll be changing to Verizon

Jimmy, at the AT&T Store in Orange Beach AL, along with another employee, Mark, were kind, patient and extremely professional. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their assistance with my problem phone!!!

Orange Beach locationBuyer beware ( the Jimmy and Mark show)If you’re looking for great customer experience ask for Todd or Lou.It took over 5 hrs to upgrade my cell coverage.And even then they didn’t get it right.After hours and hours of 611 customer service I had to go back and get my money back. Another 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back. If I could give half stars I would have ..Again Lou and Todd was very helpful.The other two not even close .

Went in yesterday to finish a return that the same employee who was working had started. He was so annoyed that I walked in and told me he wasn’t a corporate store and couldn’t help me,. This older guy sent me and the next two women that walked in to the Foley store. I guess he didn’t want to work. Poor customer service. It’s very sad.

Ive been with AT&T for over 20 years have 6 cells for our business. The two gentleman in this store treated me so rude when i tried to exchange a cell holder i never used. I gave it to my son and the magnet wasnt strong enough. I just wanted to exchange for a cup cell holder or something else .. it was never used, i actually forgot about it. So its new.. its wasnt the policy he claimed no exchanges after 14 days .. it was their attitude the min we walked in to a faithful 20 years ATT customer . So i did get mad. Said we just want to exchange it. He said, im not going to wxchange because i yelled at him. He threatened to call the police.. worst treatment ive ever bedn treated at ATT. I will call to complain and seriously thinking about changing providers. No excuse for anyone to be treated the way they did us.

Gentlemen by the name Tj made sure I got the phone that fit me for best price possible. Even got my bill lowered by 40 dollars!! Fun environment, great experience! Go see them

The man kept trying to get us to buy an iPhone. I told him I wanted a Samsang Galaxy. He never told me the price of the phone. When he finally did, he said, that I could've gotten one at Walmart for a couple of hundred. Then he said, too late now!Highway robbery! I was just trying to help my elderly mom. She still believes in going into a store and purchasing from a person.

Went into the store today. Steve told me he couldn’t sell me a new Apple Watch because he was about to close. If you can’t help someone then just close your store. I remember when being kind was a cornerstone of customer service.
