About J Streets Antiques

J Streets Antiques is an antique store on Pleasure Island with a warehouse in back. It is easy to find on Canal Road. The store offers lots of hidden treasures and unique furniture, including signs, tools, armoires, tables and chairs, books, lamps, Coke items, pocket knives, paintings, license plates, homemade items, jewelry, and much more. Many items need a little TLC to restore them. The place is very cool with a lot of old furniture pieces. Some find the prices reasonable for rare items in good condition, while others feel some items are overpriced. The owner is noted as very friendly. Visitors recommend bringing a truck and not missing the warehouse. The store's hours can sometimes be inconsistent.

    It said online it would be open and website and Facebook said open 9-4. We drove over and after 10 it was closed with no signs on the door or anything. Pretty disappointing when you only have limited time on vacation. Hope everything is ok with them.

    It has been years since I was at J Streets, but I will always remember how much I enjoyed it!! I still have the antique map cabinet.

    This place is so cool! There are a lot of old furniture pieces! The prices may seem high to some people but I think the prices are reasonable for rare items in such good condition! The owner is very friendly! I highly recommend stopping in! If I could give it 10 stars I would.
