Amber at the Orange Beach store was awesome! She dealt with an out of state warranty on a tire replacement for my car. She got it done despite some issues with the warranty company.

Tarius went above and beyond to get me back on the road when my tire was blown. I was out of town on business and needed a quick turnaround. He worked beyond his shift time to make it happen, and I only knew because the desk agent mentioned needing to verify he was sticking around. Exceptional, quick service and wonderful people.

Service was fine. Only problem was appt had to be rescheduled from Saturday to Tuesday for lack of service personnel, but when I got there Tuesday appt was not in the system, but they did.my Service anyway while I waited.

Happy New Year to me! I got to spend the day at Pep Boys with Sledge and Arlan and the crew! Holiday or not, they were there to take care of an alignment for me (prescheduled by my son a couple days earlier)! It got complicated as sometimes happens; especially on a holiday where limited auto parts stores were open. Bottom line…..it took a lot longer than any of us wanted, but that crew is special! They took amazing care of me AND my car! I could not recommend them more! In a world where this doesn’t always happen, I sure got lucky and so will you if you go there! 2024 is starting off well for me! Thanks Orange Beach Pep Boys team!!! I appreciate you!!

We dropped off our truck on an early Friday morning to get new tires and an oil change. We were suppose to pick up our truck on Saturday. After receiving no calls, my husband called Saturday afternoon to get an update on the truck to see if the service was completed. Thats when we learned that the keys were lost. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a second set of keys and we were informed that they would continue to look for keys. Unfortunately, when we called back before closing on Saturday, they were still unsuccessful in finding the keys. We were told that a call had been placed for a locksmith. On Sunday morning we called at opening and we were blessed to speak to Amber Goss and Duke. They were working that day, thank goodness! She explained that the locksmith had not returned their calls, so my husband and I took it upon ourselves to call a locksmith to meet us at the store. We had to pay out-of-pocket to have new keys cut late Sunday morning. Their company policy doesn’t allow them to pay upfront. Amber and Duke provided superior customer service, and really went above and beyond in trying to locate our keys. They were very apologetic. Amber took the time to sit with us to process our refund for the locksmith. She explained step by step of how the process works and the time it takes. She had to re-clarify things that were incorrectly told to us. She is well-versed in her companies policies, and as a customer, we were so appreciative of her explaining in detail how things works in accordance to their companies policies. She really worked in helping us resolve our issue when no one else would. Duke was so kind and kept us up-to-date as well and did search hard for our truck keys. It was imperative that we had our vehicle back by Sunday at closing because we had to have it for work on Monday. Amber and Duke made it a priority to make sure everything was done and kept us informed of the status of the vehicle. They made sure our vehicle was ready by close of business on Sunday. My husband and I really appreciate their kindness and for them providing superior customer service. They truly deserve to be recognized for all of the efforts they put in to helping us! If it wasn’t for them, we would no longer be a customer. Thank you again for going above and beyond and working with us to resolve our problems when no one else would!!

Had a battery problem and needed tires. Amber was my main contact and she did an excellent job analyzing the problem and encouraging me to buy a new battery instead of continue charging my old one. She also sold me on the purchase of their special (buy 3 Cooper tires-get one free) and registered me in their interest free program, which no one had mentioned previously and I've been there numerous times. Amber is a real asset to Pep Boys and should be recognized as such.

Rescheduled my oil change 3 times. Amber called me to reschedule me to the following day at 7:30amI arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time and "both" employees were outside smoking and chatting. The woman proceeds to tell me it will be hours before they can get to mine because of the cars in front of me. As I leave the woman and man go right back to smoking and chatting. Maybe if they worried about doing their job and getting their work done instead of smoking they would get their appointments scheduled correctly. Very poorly managed location by negligent employees. If I was the owner I would look into cleaning house and hiring a new staff.
