This location is the worst. Awful customer service. I had an appointment on May 12 to discuss setting up a retirement account and they were not prepared nor had any information for me. The manager said she would give my information to the financial advisor and I would be contacted. Its been almost a month and I've heard nothing.. I dont think I was taken very seriously in the first place, very unprofessional. They kept pushing me to accept their credit card, that's not what I was there for. The final straw was today, June 9, a teller filled out a time-sensitive form incorrectly now I have to go back and have it filled out...again. I'll be going out of my way to a different location from now on for the sake of better service.To the owners response, I'm not interested in chatting. I may suggest that you have a chat with your staff instead. Thank you though.

Do not return phone calls. Had to return 2 times after initial visit to resign papers due to errors on paper work.

Beware of this branch. At the drive thru, the tellers will steal money from your deposits. This happened on three separate occasions within a two week period. After the first time it happened, we would count our deposits multiple times to ensure accuracy. The shortfalls continued two more times before we stopped using this branch. I believe they simply set one of the hundred dollar bills aside for themselves. Each of the three times there was a deposit discrepancy, they were exactly $100 short. Each deposit consisted of between $1,000 and $2,000 of cash and contained multiple $100 bills. As I said, I believe the teller kept one for himself or herself. I plan to close my six-figure account with Regions and go elsewhere.

So far not quite as promised with a major error made in my online bill pay and the personal customer service promised has not materialized yet. I have overdraft protection too and despite it being my money they charge $15 if they have to use my money to transfer for an overdraft. Also now have a monthly fee showing up in my checking statement. Currently on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to 800 number after branch telling me to call them vs. handling issue in the branch. If they were not .3 miles from my house I would likely go somewhere else.

Useless. Have no idea what it actually takes to deposit or cash a check. Went in before work and had zero luck for an hour trying to get them to cash a check on their system, went back in a few days later with my mother's account to deposit it (since they will NOT let you deposit a check on their "now" card) and they still can't figure it out though she called them 2 or 3 times to make sure it could be done. Should've known, my last interactions with Region's wasn't any better. Bad bank, bad service, worse training.
