Although our experience at the store was great, where we bought new phones, we arrived back in Canada to find that we only have 5 gigs of data a month. I was previously with AT&T whose plan was exactly what they said it was…unlimited everything, even in Canada and they never change the speed on data. As a retired IT Director I do know what I asked T-Mobile. I said we need a plan that had unlimited high speed data in Canada where I live. I explained I had AT&T currently and that we had unlimited high speed data roaming in Canada at no extra cost. They said their Magenta plan included that. The salesperson, Marcel and his Manager, Mike both confirmed many times that this plan was identical to what I had. After many calls to T-Mobile, they said there was nothing they could do and that unfortunately we were misinformed. They also advised that the only possible recourse would be to return to the store and see if there was something they could do. Totally dissatisfied with this entire experience. I would just stay away from T-Mobile as it seems they are big on sales, but not customer satisfaction or the truth. Do not recommend.

The representative I encountered at this store her name is Destiny was very rude and inappropriate. Because of her lack of skills I will be switching my service and my number to AT&T. She said if I didn’t like what she had to say I could find another cell provider, so that’s exactly what I’m doing. T-Mobile, you should be ashamed of yourselves letting an employee talk to a paying customer in that manner.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Helped us get our new phones ordered and installed. Friendly greeting upon arrive and just nice and knowledgeable folks.

Nirelle delivered the best customer service I've ever received. Inside of the nicest T-Mobile store I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Nirelle was able to activate a phone that 10+ professionals were unable to do. She brought a week and a half long struggle to get my phone number back to a close.Nirelle should be immediately promoted to overlord of all Dutch Telecom! She shall rule with benevolence and bring affordable phone service to all!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate who asked how he could help me. This certainly was a pleasant way to start the visit. I was there to ask about my phone and he looked at it then advised me how to fix it. It was an easy thing to do when you find out how to do it.Thanks to you!

Great customer care/service. High priority in relations to knowledge and requests of products. Was able to keep my OnePlus 7Pro alive and kicking, even with troubleshooting. Still vouch for them over Verizon which I used 8 years ago when transfering from Bell South (Singular/AT&T). They've done us very well; only wish they would carry more obscure brands like they once did back in the day.

Horrible T-Mobile store. Used Nirella & she opened watch lines we didn't need, tried to upsell us on things we didn't need - said our new phones wouldn't work without new chargers - they work just fine with or old chargers, screen protectors, etc. When we said no she got so ugly & slung my new phone across the desk for us to finish the activation. Nirella told us it was two phones free - however we hit the bill & it was only 1 phone free. We were billed $900 for the second phone after we traded ours in. I was billed for 2 months for the additional lines & surprise charges Nirella never told us about. Finally got a credit for the fake lines & T-Mobile applied the free 2 phones offer to our account. Was a ton of phone calls to correct this. We complained to customer service & filed a complaint with the better business bureaus!! Was told they get bonuses for up selling accessories & new lines. Then I understand why she got so hateful!!

I am a 62-year-old woman who after 25 years with Verizon got disgusted with them raising my rates and not notifying me so I researched it and found out T-Mobile might be my answer. I went to this physical store and Jordan was very kind to me and even put up with me with after hours phone calls and even when I had a major malfunction. John the store manager was very patient with me and was very helpful and kind. The things that I got upset about had nothing to do with T-Mobile but yet they were very kind and understanding. Even though my phone was not eligible to be traded in Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal on a new phone and also changed my Internet from Mediacom at a much cheaper rate. Arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing,Regardless they were not going to assist me in any way what so ever.Well spoken.Never had that happen to me before. Plenty of other providers in my area.
