I went to this store to return 3 packages. It was my first time there as I just moved here from Georgia. The lady that helped me could most definitely use some help with her customer service skills. She very rudely told me that their policy was to tape your own boxes so I’m not holding up people in line. I apologized and explained that I just moved here, in Georgia they taped boxes for you, but I would make note of that for the future.
Mind you, she started telling me on my way out the door and never once smiled. Also, I was the only customer there besides another gentleman who had just walked in.
Next time might I suggest you say things with a smile so your customers want to return. Sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say them. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

I came in to return Amazon purchases with a QR code. There were lots of packages on the counter, so the only employee decided to carry all the packages into the back and begin labeling them while I was standing there. I asked her if she could help me since my child was waiting in the car, and she gave me a rude look and said, “I’m just trying to do my job. It’s not my fault you left your kid in the car.” So I decided to leave but she was still making nasty comments as I was walking out the door. Incredibly rude and unhelpful.

If there was more competition in this town, they would be completely out of business.
Came in today for 1 Amazon return. There was one lady helping customers and the other employee was putting stuff in a box & scanning it… 6 people in line. I walked out after 10 minutes.

I had a package that was getting shipped to Canada. ROBIN helped me and thoroughly make sure everything was correct. There was a line behind me and she was doing a good job micromanaging all the other people while we were getting my package ready.
