Offered me good advice and products . Unfortunately I don’t know how to access things on my new phone that I used on my old phone. Plus I can only receive calls on my Apple Watch and not my phone. Guess I need to return to the store because online help has not worked.

Will in the verizon store on perdido drive in Orange Beach was very busy when we visited but he handled himself and all the customers amazingly well. He addressed everyone as they entered and made them feel comfortable. This visit was no pressure but lots of help. If I have to go back I certainly hope he and his level of service are available.

We have shopped in this Verizon store several times and they always deliver excellent quality service. Today Will helped me replace a broken screen protector on my iPhone 16 and he did it perfectly, fast, and with a smile. Thank you for great service!

Caitlin was very knowledgeable about the products available and explained all our options clearly. When we made the decision to purchase she made the phone transfer quickly and we were on our way much sooner than expected. She was friendly throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions.

I'm from out of state. Was riding my bike past Verizon with a phone not working. Stopped to ask about my phone and if they knew where a T-Mobile was. The guy sitting there with no customers wouldn't even help me or look up a store. Found out T-Mobile was in the next parking lot over. Guess the Verizon guy has never heard of southern hospitality. Glad to have T-Mobile.

Bamboozled me and then ghosted me. I called and called he finally called me back. Told me to go in and see Spencer. I went in and got the run around. “He will call you by friday” no calls…. He emailed me I have several email that he never responded to. He never put in my rebate for the promotion said he would conect my Apple watch but i had to comeback the next day. He was not there. When i came to get it straight at the foley store i was told my bill if i added the was would be $165 a month. He got the commission and the new customer and i got cheated and i have now spoken with the escalation team and i am getting my account corrected. I was with ATT for 30 yesxwith no problem. Simplly came over for the “cheaper rate” SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH THEM

Cait was amazing! Very friendly and genuinely cared about my needs and opinions and wasn't just trying to sell me a phone like most places. I ended up getting the Google pixel 9 pro XL and Cait help me set it up in a timely manner. Very satisfied with her service and assistance 👍🏼

Great customer service, Will troubleshooted my iPhone issue in less than 5 minutes. He knew exactly how to fix my phone and was professional and patient with me throughout the process. It was such a good experience I will always come back to this location to set up new plans for my family.
