I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received from Shannon! From the moment she helped me set up my new account, she was professional, patient, and beyond helpful. She made the whole process effortless and actually enjoyable — which says a lot! Shannon went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right, and her positive attitude was contagious. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure things are done right, but Shannon is that person. 10/10 recommend — she’s a total gem!

As a business owner, I can confidently say Cadence Bank has fallen short in every area where other banks excel.
They continue to operate with outdated systems, lack innovation, and offer nothing but frustration when it comes to handling your money. After nearly 10 years with them, we’ve made the decision to move on — because we no longer trust them with our business or our money.
If you’re a growing business looking for reliability, security, and forward-thinking service — look elsewhere. Cadence simply isn’t built for what’s next.

I think the assistant manager is not a caring person for her customers. Things happen and at one time or another they need a little help. I am use to a kind group of mangers at Cadence and I-was forced To go to this one because this is where I signed up.
