I went there to see about hiring them to move a hot tub and instead was lectured about how they can't loan equipment out before I had a chance to finish speaking. Very poor communication skills. Maybe let a potential customer finish speaking before you interrupt and cut them off, when they are trying to offer you a business opportunity that would help with your business. Best of luck, you will never hear from me again.

Also because you can’t choose a zero. The only reviews here that are more than one star, they have to be personal friends. Everyone we talk to agrees this company needs to close for very poor service and work ethics.

Don’t bother! Called and emailed them numerous times over 2 years for a pool quote and never received a call or email back. Ended up going with Vally spools. They we’re very respectful and responsive!

Probably one of the rudest business owners I've met since moving here 4 years ago retiring from the military. I am presuming this is the owner I dealt with or one very disgruntled employee. I went in to get a second opinion on an air leak in my pump system and he said he wouldn't answer my question (which we never got to) unless I told him who built my pool. Why does this even matter? He then rudely told me if you won't tell me who built your pool then I'm not answering your questions and walked away. I was speechless.How is this place in business if they talk to customers this way? Based off other reviews I can see I'm not alone.I would not recommend their business for anything pool, spa or grill related and will never return again.

3 bad pump hoses. Trips back and fourth to change. Lots of water lost. And owner or employee offered nothing, but a hang up.

Initial response by Pools Plus in March was positive. Called for Hayward pool heater service call. Pools Plus is the ONLY authorized repair dealer for Huntsville. First call went fine, but I was told we needed a new heat exchanger and it would have to be installed by an electrician. I contacted the recommended electrician and he said he would coordinate with Pools Plus. That was April 1. When I heard nothing from anyone, I began following up with Pools Plus again the week of April 19. I have called no less than 10 times and NEVER get a call back. NOT ONCE. Everyone says they need to check with John, but John never calls back. I got ahold of the electrician the week of May 10 and he said he spoke to John about it the week before and the part hadn't even been ordered. Stay as far away from this company as you can. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint with Hayward. They need better representation in this area or people need to buy another brand.

Pools Plus has built pools at my last two homes. So excited to start another pool with them at my new home. Gary is great to work with and his project manager and designer, Andrew Mock is awesome! Love working with Pools Plus - Huntsville! I'm looking forward to swimming in my new pool!
