I’ve had probably 5 sets of tires through this shop & they are constantly wonderful to work with. Fast, professional, extremely friendly & courteous team. They go above & beyond to exceed all expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.

The team at Tire Discounters is top notch. They are honest and driven to perform good work. The care packages sold that help with road hazards, rotation, balance and alignment are second to none. Highly recommended.

Dropped off my vehicle at 1 pm and the representative indicated that it would take 2 hours to complete. They asked what time I would like to collect the vehicle, I indicated 5 pm and they confirmed that would be sufficient. Upon arriving at 5pm and asking for my vehicle, it turned out they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. They then indicated it would be ready after another 45 minutes, and upon returning at that time my vehicle was still not ready. No courtesy message or call was received at any point to indicate that they were running late. Therefore, I would not recommend them to others.

I absolutely love this place. They are very thorough, and I don't feel like they try to up-sell me on anything. The one small issue I have is that if you are going to wait there for your car, it may take a lot longer than an hour. It's best if you can drop off your car and get a ride.

I was driving home from work and realized I had a flat. I saw tire discounters right in front of me so I pulled in to see if they could help. It was 30 minutes before they closed and they had 5 people in front of me getting their cars worked on. This was the epitome of a rough week for me. Two days ago I had to get a new tire (at another tire shop that I was less than impressed with) because of a nail in a tire and now I have another nail in another tire! The guys at Tire Discounters stayed late and managed to patch my tire. I can’t express how grateful I am for their help, understanding and just overall kindness. You guys have a customer for life now. Thanks again!!!!

Thought I had a tire pressure sensor going bad. They checked all four tires and sensors and provided advice/assistance. Didn't try to pitch me to buy something. I love these guys....honest and trustworthy in my book.

I made a 2pm appointment here to get two tires changed for the accord, it's now after 3pm and still am waiting for them to move my car to a bay.
Why bother with appointments if you can't keep them?

Very kind, compassionate service. Got a big bolt with washer puncturing my tire in Gurley. It was almost 6 pm. Tire Discounters were the only ones who would take time to fix it even though they had 5 other cars ahead of me and near time to close for the night. They had me back on the road safely in 10 minutes. Would not even take a tip. They have my business now!

So friendly and helpful! I went to express 15 minute oil change first and it seems like every time I go there they tell me seven different things wrong with my car that I need to pay for. Probably just trying to overcharge me. But this time they were performing a wheel rotation and told me there was a nail in my tire and there was no leakage but they sprayed it and I could drive on it. Shortly after my check tire pressure light came on and it alarmed me so I took my car to Tire Discounters to see if they could patch up the tire. The man helping me said he didn't even see a nail and if it was his guys that saw a nail in my tire with no leakage they would have just taken it out because why risk leaving it in? He said the reason my check tire pressure light was going on was because express oil change hadn't recalibrated my tire pressure sensor. Most of the time I really hate going to auto places because I feel there's usually a bunch of men that just talk down to me and try to overcharge me. At Tire Discounters the man helping me was very kind and helpful and I didn't feel like he was talking to me like I was stupid at any point. They also didn't charge me for taking a look at my car or recalibrating the tire pressure sensor. I appreciate him taking the time out of his busy day to assist and explain the issue to me. Will be back!

I would give ZERO stars if I could! On Thursday 6/20 I made an appointment for 6/22 to have my tires mounted and balanced at 8AM. I dropped my truck off and advised I’d return to pick up the vehicle rather than waiting there. 1PM rolled around and I called for an update and was told to give them 1 hour and they would have my truck ready. My wife and I loaded up out three year old and 3 month old and she dropped me off to pick up my truck. Trying to not rush, I just sat down and waited another hour, being as patient as possible. After waiting two hours , I asked how much longer and was told they were just now about to get started on it. 30 minutes later my truck still had not been touched! At this point I asked to have them pull my truck around as I couldn’t wait any longer. The “acting manager” I spoke with basically just stood there and offered no explanation. Now it 4PM, I still do not have my tires, tomorrow is Sunday and I return to work on Monday. Which leaves me no time to get them on somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Why did you guys take my girlfriend's car at 2PM and then not call her when it was done? You guys closed at 4PM AND are closed tomorrow and didn't say word?? Do better. This is ridiculous.

Tried to make an appointment for today or tomorrow for an alignment and new set of tires but they were booked all the way out because they only have 1 tire tech...had to go to their competition.

I made an appointment for 2 pm to get my tires changed and an oil change. When I asked how long it was gonna be the gentleman at the front desk said anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours.Three hours later they have yet to get my oil changed.Are they so overbooked to not be able to efficiently handle the work they book? The service seems to be fine. This just takes forever.
