“Greg was very nice and helpful. The price of our 20x30 was reasonable. Not open 24 hour access which was nice because I felt like my items were safe. The gate opens until 10pm even on holidays.”
“My wife and I got a Penske truck. Jessica helped us and she was very very busy at the time she was helping us, but she kicked butt. She was answering phone calls, moving the rental line (which includes Hertz) through very quickly, and being professional and quick. Even though we had to wait a little bit, I was impressed and pleased with her service. The 4 stars is because the management needs to do better at staffing the place so the employees aren’t working their tails off all the time.”
