Walgreens is a big, nice, and clean store with good lighting. It is a place to refill prescriptions, shop health and beauty products, print photos, and get flu shots or COVID tests. The people and employees are often described as nice, patient, helpful, sweet, kind, courteous, amazing, respectful, and dedicated. However, the pharmacy is frequently slammed and understaffed, leading to long wait times. The drive-through is painfully slow, especially due to COVID tests, and the COVID phone line results in an automation loop. Despite being busy, many recommend this location as one of the better ones.
Had a lovely experience!!! Absolutely amazing customer service from our lovely helper and check out scanner Tammy!! She made our family feel seen and supported!! Tammy made the experience a delight in our day of errands!
