The young lady who helped me was the sweetest ever!! Her name was Savannah. She was patient with me because I'm really new at this. She explained everything and was so helpful. She made this all so easy!! I would love to thank her again! She was so respectful to me and that's so nice. I'm really enjoying my new Smartphone!! Thanks Savannah!!!☺️ ? You Rock!!? ❤️?

Highly recommend ? seeing Jake! He was very helpful and informative with our needs. He took his time with us, yet got us in and out quickly. We used to go to Best Buy for all of our needs but they have downsized so much the customer service and care is lacking so we came here and will continue to do so! Your welcome ? ? my fellow peeps! Enjoy your day!

I Was extremely displeased with the service I received on my visit at this AT&T on 01/08/2024 evening shift in Oxford Al. The young lady that asked if I needed any help at first WAS polite and professional when I walked through the door, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by this particular young lady. If I knew her name, I would put her first and last name in this review because I believe in giving accuracy & honest reports/reviews so that customer service can become better. I worked in customer service for over two decades I am extreme believer in CUSTOMER SERVICE as well treating the customer with dignity and respect and trying to find all solutions to help the customer because it’s the customer that keep franchise/businesses/corporations in business. The customer keep people employed. I went in to pay my Husband phone bill. Which My name was different, because my Maiden name was on my husband‘s account but now that we are married, my name of course has changed to the same exact name as my husband’s. I was told I could not get a receipt because I was not on the account even though my husband added me to the account, and even though it was under my maiden name as I was trying to tell the young girl I understand all of that, but my name has now changed and as you can see, I’m telling you what my name used to be which is on the account (which I had proper documentation to show that) and I told her my name is now changed to my married name which clearly states on my drivers licenses.I even called my husband to verify the information was true and accurate she still did not print me a receipt, and then she begin to get slightly combative with me as if she was getting aggravated with me. With that being said, her attitude and professionalism shifted due to the fact she was being aggravated and not trying to resolve an issue or comply with the customer which is truly unacceptable. There was also a young man that was sitting there with her. I’m not sure if he was her manager or not but if so, he did not rectify this problem, and he did not say who he was if I knew his name it would be in this review. I should have been given a receipt and sent on about my day but instead, she refused to give me a receipt and said that the receipt will be sent to my husband via email which it was. Of course I did not leave the store until that receipt was emailed to him , moral of the story is this is unacceptable. If I was a guest shopper I would of given complete zeros across-the-board she seen where I was on the account. I had all my documentations for what reason she decided to give me an issue I don’t know so for future reference treat ALL People with dignity, respect, find a solution to resolve any issues or problems the CUSTOMER is experiencing especially when they are presenting Proper documentation, and have called to verifyFYI: I’ve been a AT&T customer for about three years now as well I’ve gone to other AT&T stores, paid my husband‘s phone bill, and the receipt was printed and given to me.More customer support & training is needed for that young girl especially with her attitude and her demeanor and handling situations that might seem out of her control.

My phone was totalled with broken screen. I found a new phone but could not get sim to fit in new device. Took it in store and the young man walked up asked could he help me. I explained my issue in 10 minute's l was using the new one.He was very courteous and knowledgeable of what to do. I should hope he moves up in the company fast. Thanks again.

Thank you so much to the young lady at the AT&T store. Emergency SOS was showing on my phone. I could not text or call. Within just a matter of minutes the problem was corrected. Thank you again you are a jewel.

The person waiting on us was unwilling to help and rude. Told me my phone was working while i sat in front of her and could not place a call, i was told it was already activated then argued when i told her there was no way because i could not access my acount..
