Husband went in to open new account. Went straight into her office. Took her ONE hour to tell him the $300 offer was only online. Absolutely ridiculous!!Won’t be opening up an acct there with This kind of service. She took a 15 phone call during his meeting with her like that person was more important than what he was doing ?!?!

Terrible terrible terrible service. 4 people behind the counter , 3 talking and drinking coffee while 1 helped a line of 5 customers. Being able to manage my account in the app is not doable. Can’t transfer money from my own accounts. Just find another bank, or a piggy bank under your couch.

Stopped by after work to cash a check and pulled into the parking lot at 4:49 and they had already shut down the drive thru and locked the doors, what is the point in being open until 5 if you are going to lock everything down early ?

We had an appointment scheduled online days in advance. We arrived a few minutes early, and when the banker came out, she attended another family before us despite our appointment. We could see several other bankers through their glass offices and none were with clients. After waiting about 20 minutes, we finally caught someone returning to their office and asked if we could see someone and explained how we had an appointment. She told us that they are not informed about appointments scheduled online and that she and the other bankers were in training, so we would have to wait even longer. She was not sympathetic whatsoever. I would even say she seemed annoyed we asked. After waiting 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, we finally decided to leave. Once we finally do see the banker, I will be closing my account, and hopefully I’ll never have to deal with Truist again.

The people that work here are the most rude I’ve ever encountered in any bank that I’ve ever banked at. No one has a customer friendly personality at ALL.The drive up is closed at 2:24PM. There aren’t any signs posted, which means everyone had to go inside. There weren’t any apologies for the inconvenience as if they care. When I was finally helped, I was confronted with the rude teller who really must not like her job. People need jobs and this is the kind of service that companies are putting up with.Absolutely Horrible!

I have had multiple fantastic experiences in this branch! All of the employees here have been a great help. Danyelle and Melissa I have specially worked with and I will continue to come back and ask for them again. I was slightly concerned about the transition from suntrust to truist. Change can be a challenge for me sometimes but being able to rely on such great people like Danyelle, Melissa, and the everyone else at this branch puts my mind at ease and gives me confidence in this new name of truist. Thank all of you for your hard work and great customer service! I look forward to seeing you all soon.

So my daughter got her first paycheck (she’s 16). The Oxford branch charged her an $8 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank. I wish I could post negative stars. I’m so disappointed in this. Bank local. This is absolutely trash service.

I've always received good service at this location. I can't say this for all BB&T branches.
