Went in for a Memorial Day sale and left slightly disappointed. No discount offered on the luxury mattress bought, no free delivery even when delivery is expected to be a month later, and no store credits offered for free sheets or pillows when spending over $5000 at the store. -
Update: the manager contacted me and did everything she could to help out the situation. I like that about this place. Plus she let me keep two Serta sheep for my kids soooo that’s 5 star service.
