This store is the worst my daughter bought a camera. I told her I would pay for it with my Best Buy card not knowing that this would place it as an online order she waited in the store an hour and a half and still it was not ready. She could’ve just paid for it and walked out if I knew it would cause this much of an inconvenience I would’ve Zell her the money or cash app her the money and she would’ve been out of there. This store is. the worse.

Great deals at random times but don't even get excited over the warranties they offer and your luck on help the warranty doesn't cover it

They contacted me the night before my refrigerator was supposed to be delivered after I got rid of all my food to "get ready for my appointment " per their instructions and now they call to say it will be another week due to "weather" I bought an open box item from their store, there is no weather..... schools are open, roads are fine. This is so disappointing and the fact they are blaming the weatheris ridiculous. I could understand if my item was coming from another location that IS affected by weather but that is not the case. It's an open box item from their store right down the road. Disappointing ?

I am trying to call and speak with a CSR at the Oxford, Alabama location and keep getting sent to someone NOT at the store and with such a heavy accent I cannot understand what they are saying. WHY CANT I SPEAK TO A HUMAN AT MY LOCAL BEST BUY?!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Worst place to shop. I waited for 30 minutes trying to get weighted on so I left. So not only did you lose a 1000.00 or more sale I will definitely not recommend you to anyone. Not that you would care what I have to say it's just the way it is now days and when you go out of business and can't understand why maybe you will look back on this Day or year and think about it. Thanks disgusted Customer.

I don't know if you have a store of Seasonal or New Employees, but they definitely need better training on how to communicate with customers and where to get product information. Definitely don't want to shop in an establishment where the representative basically tells the customer they are lying. Yet they give the wrong information on a product you are trying to purchase.

What has happened to Best Buy! You cannot call the store directly. Everything must be done from Geek Squad controlled triage line. You cannot speak to a human without going to the store. Best Buy, if you are wondering why your franchise is steadily heading south, you may want to think about improving some of your practices.
