“The two ladies in the office were exceptional. They both went out of their way to accommodate me while I was waiting. They were friendly & informative. The guy’s that put my new windshield in did an outstanding job. They also didn’t mess around & got me out of there quickly while doing a great job!!! I rarely do reviews. If I do, they’re usually bad reviews. Customer service has continued to decline over the years & businesses have gotten to where they don’t care anymore. That is NOT the case with Glass Doctor in Anniston. They are EXCEPTIONAL!!!”

“I was traveling 65 right through Montgomery in early June …Lots of roadwork!
I was honestly nor surprised that a semi tire tossed a large piece of gravel that hit the right side of my windshield on my Chevy Traverse. . Within minutes, it had spread from a small dot to an eight inch crack. When I returned home I made an appointment and took my car in to have it replaced. They immediately took my car back and replaced my windshield, service was friendly, quick, and my windshield looks great.”
