Had a phone repaired by him recently that was filled with valuable data; pictures I couldn’t bear to lose, notes, text messages from lost loved ones. I wasn’t sure the phone could be fixed, but the stores owner took the time to fix the phone. Less than 24 hours later and my phone was repaired and like new again. Would gladly do business here again!

this store is horrible i got my phone fixed here 5 months ago to find out the screen i have isn’t even supposed to be for the iphone 12 pro max (the phone i came here for) it was for the 13 pro max not only that the man who works here calls me later and tell me the speaker doesn’t work when it was working just fine before i got my screen fixed .

Prepare yourself for this lengthy review.
My s23ultra was in mint condition minus the screen was cracked, had this replaced on Saturday 3/29/25 and was replaced within 40 mins. No problem there.
Screen works great and everything. Got home and my phone died. No biggie put it on charge and it would not charge. I tried multiple car chargers, battery pack chargers, wall chargers, cords everything in the book you can think of. And it just wouldn't charge.
Called today from GF phone cause it said he was opened. Drove from gadsden all the way to Oxford to find out he was closed. So I drove all the way back from Oxford to gadsden to swap my Sim over to my old phone and notice there was a slight loose noise like something was loose, took my case off to get my SIM card out. The entire back she'll of my phone wasn't even attached and was hanging on by a small part of the left over adhesive. I don't know if the guy didn't swap it out. Or didn't clean it good enough i don't know. But I do know it was hanging off of my phone as it was handed back to me inside my case.
Upon further Insepction the middle camera has 2 internal scratches from the repair guy that was not present before I gave him my phone to fix. This was again the first time this phone has ever been repaired or even damaged since I bought it as it was put inside a otterbox and a screen protector before I even laid hands on this phone.
So I will be calling this guy tomorrow and having him put a new rear shell on that has zero damage, and new adhesive, and to fix the charging issue which this phone had neither. It only had a screen crack...
If he refuses to repair the damages he caused when repairing my phone, I will be contacting my bank.
To the owner if you read this. Be more careful and cautious when working on devices, as you caused more damage now than there was previously...

I received very fast, outstanding cell phone repair service from Cellular Solutions in the Oxford, AL Quintard Mall. Ms. Muhamma explained to me what had happened to my iPhone 10R screen & LCD. I had a badly scratched screen that was causing the liquid crystals to seep into the screen.
Ms. Muhamma was friendly and promised to replace my iPhone screen, put a screen protector over the new glass screen, and have me out of there and on my way in about 20 minutes. The charge for the new screen replacement and screen protector was reasonable.
I highly recommend Cellular Solutions. I rate their service 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven't went in the store yet but will be today but so far as far as the customer service side with answering the phone they get negative 5 stars from me let's hope the in person visit goes better

I really wish I could post 0 stars. This man is a scam, everything to do with his business is a scam. I'm not going to break it all down on what he did wrong with my daughters phone because he already knows. When someone charges you hundreds of dollars for a $2.00 charging port and a $5.00 screen that the iPhone system doesn't support, he is a thief. Now Apple care won't fix the phone because it has been "tampered" with. Thanks for the expensive paperweight, may Allah fill your heart with guilt!

Don't go to this place, worker fixed phone and screen glitches out, he said I broke my phone though no cracks on screen nor digitizer broken, I call to see if there was a warranty, he said there was no warranty even though no physical or water damage was done, and then he hangs up after i call. Dont know what kind of business this is, but the products they offer and repairs are not top quality.
