I had a great experience. All the employees were courteous, professional and attentive to me and the other customers. I was impressed. I couldn't help but wonder if the company provided them with the formal training that that I saw reflected in how professional they carry themselves and how well they interact with the customers. They were all polite, courteous, and answered the questions that I had and the questions that others were asking them during my visit. The work that they've done for me over the years has always been good and dependable. Also, the lobby, restrooms, and their work areas were neat and clean.

As far as the service I am happy, but sitting in Firestone for over 3 hours is totally unacceptable. I HATE going to Firestone specifically for this reason. So much so that I went to someone else the service before this one. This store is woefully under staffed which causes the excruciating wait time when getting a service. If I didn't have a Firestone Credit Card I would't even use this store! Again the oil change I give an A, wait time F-

I had a blowout on the side of the road and had to get my car towed here right before closing. They have been so extremely kind to stay and help me out when I needed all new tires. They have been extremely helpful and kind. Daniel put my tires on for me and was so nice to come and show me the exact problem and let me know that it could potentially happen again with my other tires. I’m not sure the name of the lady that was working inside but she was so kind and understanding even though they were having to stay late to help us. Truly the best experience I could’ve had in such a stressful situation.

⚠️ if you don’t want your wheels damaged then don’t get new tires put on from Firestone. Filed a claim and claim was denied because it could not be proven that their machine caused a problem, so they say! If it wasn’t the machine, it’s an inexperienced service technician

Had an appt @0700 for tire rotation and alignment. 1st one there, i was going to wait for my vehicle but the sales guy told me his tech has not shown up. 0830 still no tech. Had someone pick me up. 1pm called for a status, they are behind due to 2 techs not showing up. took them till 3pm to finish.

The people there were super nice but understaffed. Don't expect a walk in to get done and expect long waits. Really long.

The overall experience was awful. The women I dealt with was very disorganized and unprofessional. I came into the facility Fri, 28 Jun 24 to set an appointment to get 4 tires and an alignment for my car. The advisor Last name Wilson told me he would have to order the tires and set an appointment for Tue, 02 Jul 24 @ 1200.
I arrived at the facility at 1150. Angela checked me in and after I had waited 1.5 hrs a technician told me the tires had not come in. He said the tires would be in the next day and set an appointment for Wed, 03 Jul 24 at 1000.
I called ahead to ensure the tires were onsite before I went to the facility. After waiting for a return call 30 minutes I called the facility back and received confirmation. I arrived at the facility @ 1015 and was told the service would take 2hrs. I called to check status at 1330 & was told my car was next in line it would take 2 more hours, I called @ 1616 and was told it was in the bay. It was completed at 1647.

They were super helpful, identified a problem with my brakes when I went in for a tire change that would have been potentially dangerous for me, so I greatly appreciate their attention to detail. They were quick with their service and even with the extra work completed, I left 45 minutes earlier than I expected to be able to leave.

Service was great, the man who installed the tires was knowledgeable and a great worker. Had to wait way past my appointment time, but once they got to it, the work was great. I also have confidence in the Firestone road hazard insurance, unlike the road hazard insurance I bought from the dealer that no one would honor. My Corolla had 6,280 miles on it and I had a slow lead in one tire and another blew out. I replaced practically new tires that came on the car (low quality dealership tires) with Bridgestone Turanza Quiettracks. I feel safer going on the road now with good quality tires and a good road hazard plan. I'll use them again.
