I love the fact that when I decide I need a haircut all I have to do is open the Great Clips app on my phone and check in. Then I get in my car and head there. Today when I checked in I was 14th and by the time I arrived I was up to 10th! They were extremely busy. I had a 10 minute wait and I was in the chair getting my hair cut Some of the walk-ins waiting when I walked in were still waiting when I left. The check-in by the app is no secret. When you walk in you are greeted and asked if you checked in on-line. It's such a a time saver!

Hands down, the worst haircut I have ever receive. I usually don't do this but the more I looked at my hair, the more furious I became. The lady that drives the "Herbie Bug" VW has no business cutting hair. I have several gaps in my hair along with three different lengths on the top. My head looks like it was cut with a weed eater and a rake. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this place.

Ranada is the best since I lost my stylist a couple years ago . She can cut my hair an my curls come right back . She won't over cut your hair :)

The woman hair stylist that did my hair totally doesn't listen to what you want. She doesn't interact with the costomer. After showing a picture of what my hair looks like when trimmed up and telling her exactly what I want she does the opposite and ask how do I like it
Requested style: A regular man's haircut and styled with a little length left in the back

Past 3 experiences have been horrible. Just best to close down. Today was the worst cut ever. Talk about they butcher my husband hair. If you don't know what you're doing then say something don't act like it and screw up someone hair

Took my toddler for a haircut.1. I understand that being quick helps them to make more money.2. I understand toddlers aren’t easy.HOWEVER, if she had allowed for a minute for me to calm my son down, this would’ve not been such an awful experience. She started and wouldn’t take breaks. From sitting down to out the door was 5 minutes. Had she spent a little time letting him get used to the situation he would’ve calmed. I know this because this is not the first haircut he’s ever had. End hair cut is not what I asked for, and does not look good. And she’s supposedly the manager, that’s poor service.Don’t take your littles, should’ve trusted my gut.

My husband and I usually come here and have a great experience. Today was completely different. They've are hiring people with absolutely no business cutting hair. The girl with a buzz cut chopped off my bangs so short, choppy, and uneven that I can't even hide them push them to the side or anything . She had an attitude the entire time and rushed me out of the chair. The manger came out and said I'll refund you the cut not the tip and there's nothing else we can do since she cut them so short and choppy I was wanting to get a style done because I was getting photos done today!!! NOW I CANT EVEN GO TO WORK LOOKONG LIKE THOS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
