I have used Grover and Sons for 12 years now. Their customer service is spot on. The first time I used them I was 18 yrs old and they met me outside the gate at 5 am and took me to work just because I was getting tires and had no other ride. I have only ever had one issue with an install in that 12 years and they have fixed it without any questions or hesitation and replaced it better than new. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. They are the only ones who will EVER do brakes, suspension, oil change, or tires on my family's vehicles. I am a PROUD customer for life and words are not enough for who they are and what they do to make their customers happy! You WILL NOT regret using them! They are also EXTREMELY honest and have always shot me and my family straight. They have never told me that I needed something that I did not. Even when other places have. There is a reason they stay so busy. Customer service and honesty!

Michael really helped me out with my Car. I had Leak, From my gas Cap I went to The Nissan dealership and they charge me $300 and told me it’ll be an extra 500 to figure out. What’s wrong and Grover and sons didn’t charge me anything and fix the issue. Would recommend this place to everybody. They’re very honest and won’t try to sell anything you don’t need.

We dropped off my girlfriend's vehicle in the morning. We then called again around 2pm. When we called they said they tried to reach us all day and the car was locked, asking about the keys.
We went over and the car was unlocked, and keys were in the door, same as it was left. If they are unable to get a phone number correct, identify if a car is locked, or locate a key, how can we trust them for any serious auto work?
We took the car and decided to look elsewhere.

Some places will try to milk every penny out of you, but not Grover & Sons. They’re honest, hardworking folks that just want to do right by people. They do great work, are reasonably priced, and won’t try to upsell you on services you don’t need. I am happy to recommend anyone to them!

You can't beat the prices at this place, but honestly the best part is that they are HONEST. They're not trying to sell you something you don't need. I went to have my oil changed at another local chain and they told me I needed new brakes and rotors, which was going to cost around $700.00. Took it to Grover's to have it done and they told me that i only needed brake pads and my rotors were fine...it ended up only costing me $280.00. The ladies up front are super nice, but you have to get there early because they are BUSY! Love this place!

Very friendly and they never tell you that you need unnecessary repairs. The original post was 8 years ago. So on April 25, 2025, I take my latest car in for brakes and again Grover and Son tell me that my brakes are fine. Again this place does not try and take you and tell you that you need repairs that are not necessary. They are always 5 stars in my book. Thank you sooooo much😊

Best prices around! Get there early! Other shops charged double and one nearly triple for a brake job. Grovers stay packed for a reason.
