“Lots of clothes. Knocking a star off only bc they have so much stuff its actually bothersome trying to browse the items when so many are crammed onto the racks. You'll find yourself taking things off and putting onto a nearby rack just to look through sizes. Decent deals.”

“We were looking for a particular blazer. A Google search and several phone calls later, No luck. On my way back from Atlanta a couple of weeks ago, I thought, I'm going to stop in On Time Fashions. I hadn't been there in 8 or 9 years but my parents (Pastor Julius & Mother Marilyn Cook) always shopped there for my Daddy's suits. As a matter of fact, I would tease Mommy because I just knew Ahmad(sp) hated to see her coming because she wanted what she wanted and was very particular. And there was never a time that he didn't come through!! On Time Fashions was their clothing store of choice for any special occasion from their appreciation services to our weddings.So, I go into the store and Samuel asked how could he help. I started off by saying, "I know this is a loooong shot but....." and I showed him a picture of the blazer. He said he was good with taking long shots. It was a Saturday, so, he told me that he would do some checking and get back with early the following week. The next week, he called with the details, I was able to order it over the phone. About two weeks later, he called to tell me that the blazer was in and available for pickup.Samuel - I appreciate your effort and dedication to amazing customer service!! You were CLUTCH!! I had my heart set on this blazer for the wedding and you made it happen!! I'll be back with pictures after the wedding!”
