After being ignored for 20 minutes in the Best Buy just a couple of doors down, I walked into this store, mainly to cool myself down, and possibly buy something that caught my eye. The first thing that I saw when I walked in was a collapsible cart. I had been thinking of buying one of these to move my records around the house. I collect 78 RPM records, and they are very heavy and very fragile. The cashier noticed me reading the description on the packaging, and commented that she had one during her years to carry her textbook around. I asked her if she knew the inside dimensions because I needed it to be at least 12 inches wide on the inside. she said she didn't know, but she could get a measuring tape. She did. And it was 14 inches wide. she was very friendly, and her very helpful attitude cinched the sale for me. Star associate!

I visited the Oxford location tonight and I received poor customer service or should I say NO SERVICE. We were completely disregarded. There were at least three employees that I saw throughout my time in the store. NO ONE greeted us. NO ONE offered us assistance. NO ONE asked if we needed help. The associates definitely watched us though and I would hate to think it’s racially motivated but the only customer who was assisted didn’t look like us. The associates even came on the same aisle or area as us several times BUT still did not ask us if we needed help. The ONLY time the associate spoke to us was to say “we’re closing in 2 minutes”. When you fail to acknowledge or offer to assist a customer but then tell them you’re about to close - that just says to me I don’t want to assist you. I was going to purchase a printer that was around $500 or more and some supplies but now I’m going to shop online elsewhere.

A kind person named Eliot really made my day today. They went above and beyond to help me and my family with printing the things we needed for my son’s first birthday party. We left feeling beyond happy, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — They made sure we had all we needed but their kindness is really what made our experience so great. This is the worst place I ever visit. Brenda the lady behind the counter complain more that what she does. I asked her to print 12 documents that I email to her. She told me that will it take 20 minutes.then when she saw how many documents she supposed to print she refused to do it. What can you expect from someone it’s getting pay minimum wages.

LOVE the staff at the printing services counter. Diam is absolutely amazing, super helpful every time, and best of all, is incredibly knowledgeable. They can easily help four customers at once without making anyone feel pushed aside. Definitely recommend for printing!
