“My husband and I were traveling home from Atlanta and a visit with our daughter's family. Just East of Oxford, AL on I-20, a large struck lost its tread which flew down the highway toward us, hitting underneath our new Acura. After a loud bang, there was a continuous scapeing sound under the car. We drove slowing into Oxford and stopped at the Express Oil Change on Highway 78. The mechanics listened to our story and examined the car over the oil change area. A large metal plate that normally protects parts underneath the car had been broken partially and was dragging the ground. The tech below the car removed the plate and brought it to us. Fortunately there was no damage to the cables/wires under the plate. When asked how much we owed them, they refused to charge us and told us to have a good day. Our thanks to Ronnie, David and Conner for their concerned help and resolution of our problems. Our remaining trip to Birmingham was uneventful. These fine people helped us without hesitation and refused to accept payment for a kind deed. Truly special guys! Express Oil Change should be proud of them and how they represent the company.
