I had my nails done on Saturday and the paint peeled off of Sunday. I paid $168.00 for me and my granddaughter to have our nails done and to have the paint peel off in less than 24 hours is unacceptable.

First (and last) time here for a pedicure the week before Easter. Lady who did my pedicure was not friendly and was rough with my toes. Kept trying to talk me into gel polish. Literally messed up my pinky toenail polish when she put my flip flop back on. I asked for dry drops or dry spray, they had none. Two more toes messed up that evening. Went back the next day to get my polish fixed. Lady was very rude. Told me “they don’t guarantee regular polish” even though she had messed a nail up. Kept telling me I need to get gel polish. Rudely told me she’d fix it this time but not again because I need gel polish to last. I’ve always done only regular polish on my toenails and they usually look great for 3-4 weeks. Two days after the pedicure I started having stabbing pain around both big toenails. Was diagnosed with an infection in both and put on antibiotics. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a pedicure in my 53 years!

I highly recommend this nail salon, and nail tech, LINDA! I tried lots of different ones, to choose which one I would use on a regular basis. Queen Nails with Linda is the WINNER! This will be my nail salon from now on. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and professional. I was lucky to get a lady named Linda. You will see her in my photos posted with this review. She was AWESOME! She took time to talk with me. She didn't do like other salons, where they talked to each other, and ignored me, she gave her full, friendly attention to me. I got a mani and Pedi by Linda. I will use her from now on too. I will call in advance to make sure I get her! All seemed nice and professional, so you would be pleased with all their services. Need a great mani and Pedi? Go to Queen Nails at the Oxford Exchange in Oxford, AL.

Yelp is deceptive cause this place has over 12 one star reviews. This place was close to the entrance from the road and Target. These are the only 2 reasons I chose to patronize. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in but I convinced myself the service may not be a reflection of the state of the facility. Magazines in disarray, material on chairs peeling, polish center looked like the polish had many many birthdays and the equipment def seen better days. The towel the tech brought out was stained and tattered and the sanitation of the tools was questionable. The nail file was used on many others before me. I got an extremely basic manicure ($20) on Sunday, polish chipped and peeled the next day and did not hold well. Today is Tuesday and I have removed the rest of the polish. If you want a better service, do NOT come here. There's a much better looking shop that provides quality service near Bath and Body Works in the same shopping center. I basically spent $25 to have someone paint my nails cause I didn't want to offend by doing an about-face. Lesson learned!

I would not recommend this nail salon. First impression is that it is not sanitary and needs to be closed. I was recommended to this nail salon because I was just a walk in and the other nail locations had a wait. This should have been a red flag for me. I walk in there was a woman and a man in the front and several other individuals in the back. I had a broke nail and I asked the nail technician to fix it by putting a tip and I wanted a stiletto shape. She made my nail bleed by stabbing my nail because she was trying to take the gel off. She gave me cotton wipe or ball and alcohol because my nail begin to bleed. Then she painted my natural nail at first without the nail tip. Then she took the nail polish off and gave me a stiletto . I asked her on several occasions if she knew how to shape a stiletto nail and she got frustrated and said I will call my manager so he can come and fix it. I said where is your manager and she said not here. He is on his way. I told her I had to go and she said you can go and you don't have to pay. She got very frustrated with me and I told her I need my nail fix and I will pay and I just won't come back. I paid and left and called the manager. He apologized and said that she didn't understand what I wanted but you can come and I can fix it. Thanks manager but no thanks!! Don't hire people that haven't been train properly. She understood and tried to follow through with each request but couldn't satisfy the customer because of lack of skill!

I can't go here again. I told myself "one more chance" because the owner is friendly. He is the worst one to do your nails though! My acrylic nails experience for the last time.... He watches his show on his phone, didn't remove the cuticle, told me "we won't take too much thickness off the nail"...the nail is so thin it's painful. The acrylic (which usually lasts for 3 weeks) was breaking and popping off within 3 DAYS due to not being properly prepped before application. Not to mention when I went to work people literally thought I did them myself like an experiment. ? LITERALLY looked like I did them myself blind folded. The pedicure is always such a pleasant experience here tho, so I thought I would give ONE MORE shot. Nope. Out another $120 and had to come home and do my nails myself. Such a nice guy but doesn't care about his work. Nails are too expensive and there are too many good places in town to ever go here again.

Pedicure was great.. She really took her time. $40 regular Polish and $50 for gel. Full-in was good too. For Basic pedicure regular polish, fill-in gel polish, 2 designs, and tips only $85. It's worth it. Not like some places. SMH

I got regular nail polish on my toe nails !!!! Had to sit under dryer for an hour to dry !!! I've had regular polish many times never have I had to stay that long !!!! I'm here and I'm so upset!!! Never be back !!!
