Terrible awful Customer Service. I have never dealt with this company before as a whole but this particular location has given me more headaches in the last year than I have ever experienced with any other pharmacy. The wait is generally very long. They have no drive through so you just have to stand and wait. They do not have medication ready when they are supposed to. Sometimes missing the mark by days causing missed doses. They are often experiencing technical difficulties. They often make mistakes and blame it on “the system.” This very well may be the case but the attitude of the people behind the counter make it so much worse. I have dealt with some very pleasant people there but overall please do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. You will thank me.

Nice clean place. Get all my dog treats here. Most of the time half price with sales that are often. They do have sales that are worth just peaking in to see what’s on This week. I racked up on laundry detergent one week bc it was so cheap ! Like going here just to see what’s on sale. But the ink for printers was dried out I got. Don’t think they sell much of that

What is the pharmacy closed on Sunday and why don't they post it here in the app in flashing red letter!? Also when are yall gonna open a drop off line so I font have to wait behind 7 or more people and God forbid if they want to talk about their grand kids when they finally get up to the window, this is the only pharmacy in town that dosent have a separate pick up and drop of and I'm tired of it!

After dropping off prescriptions for my son after his wisdom teeth surgery. I was told that if I waited I could have his med in 30 minutes if I came back it would be 1 1/2 hours. I pulled back around to wait and I never saw the same lady at the drive thru. After 40 minutes I pulled back through and I was told they just pulled the prescription. So I went inside and I over heard the lady arguing that I never waited. She admitted that she stepped away from the window so she never saw me park. It's alot different to try and justify a lie in the customers face when the other lady actually saw me waiting

It is a great place friendly service and very helpful workers and the only thing I don't find at this Walgreens in cold water that I find at others is the coupon booklet that they have at the frist day of every month keep up the good job and get those monthly coupons booklets

They went so far out of the way to straighten out a huge mess with both my doctor and my insurance company! I was almost in tears after wasting time at 2 other pharmacies. The heavy lady pharmacist with the glasses told me not to worry, it would take time, but if I could just be patient and let her do what she knew could be done she could get it fixed. And she did! Other people were getting mad at her because they were being told they had to wait 30 minutes while I had already waited 5 days at the other pharmacies. I think God for this Rite Aid and the employees!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 15 years. They have always had rude people working there with the exception of 1 or 2 people who currently don't work there anymore (I guess they were too nice for the business.) Here recently they have gotten even worse than they were before. I call to refill my prescription, if it has no refills left their supposed to contact the doctor. Sometimes they do and that same day or the next day my prescription is filled. There has been more than one occasion in the last month I have called to refill my prescription and they never sent it into the doctor to have more refills. This has also happened to my mother within the last month as well. I have RA along with other health issues, and if I do not get my prescriptions when I need them I have major pain for a week after I get my prescriptions back. They won't even put the effort in to tell you that they're not going to contact the doctor. I used this pharmacy because it's closer to my home, but I think it's time for a change even if I have to drive a little bit farther.

We recently moved here from out of state and my father in law was having problems with his hands after the 2 time going to the Er the fingerd it out and sent him to uab who putgave him 3 scripts to do him 2 week's till he goes in to have his spin reparidI sent my husband to drop the scripts off and these ppl are down rit rude my husband said ok maybe it's a bad day but when u went bk to get them the lady's there were rude saying they could not get the insurance to take his last name I said ma'am we have been getting his meds with this same cars for years and that's when she began screaming at me so I said ma'am there is nothing wrong with my hearing please don't scream at me please now mind you the had the scripts for days and never said anything.so I asked for them bk went to Walgreens and had his meds with in an hour.I won't ever go back to this Rit Ad. Sometimes small town is not the way to go

I only give it a star because I have to. I have used this pharmacy for the last 2 years since I moved from anniston. I recently had all my medication and children's medication transferred to Martins in Oxford. They are so rude, never have ur meds ready on time and never answer the phone when u call. The new pharmacists ALWAYS says I can only do what I can do there is 30 ppl in front of you. There can't always be 30 ppl in front of me. I have had the wrong meds given to me and not all my meds given to me. I hate this place and would never advise ANYONE to use it. I have never done a review online b4, that is how much I dislike their employees attitudes!
