I only chose this place because their main website said the gate hours were 24/7, after I booked and paid I received an email with the actual hours. I sent an email asking which hours were correct, and never received a response, however they did update the hours listed on the website. On July 3rd, I sent notice via email that I would be removing my belongings on July 31st. I ended up cleaning out my unit earlier on July 14th. Once again, I never received a response, and today, August 1, they attempted to charge my card. I sent yet another email, and less than 10 minutes later recieved an invoice for the month. Funny since they've never sent an invoice before, but I would have preferred an actual response to my email. The location is fine, its clean enough, the entrance is a little awkward though. The unit had holes on one side of it but it was usable.

Ever person I spoke to was amazing! Getting my unit established was the easiest I have ever experienced. When I put my first load of stuff in the storage unit I noticed the entire place was neat and clean inside and out. Will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone else needing a storage unit.
