WATCH OUT! New Owner and new manager!! This place is a joke! Their new units constantly flood!!! We were told we would have two months free due to the flooding-not a month later they put a nonpayment lock on our unit and mailed us a non payment letter!!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! The excuse was they just needed to talk to us to work the details out…I was in disbelief-they HAD our phone number but chose to lock our unit and mail us a letter instead of just calling and asking!!! This is not good business. Everything went down hill after Joyce left. The new guy is the definition of incompetence. He is running this place to the ground, FULL SPEED!**update**Pay no attention to the owner’s reply. Clearly he’s just as bad as his “manager”. Since he claims to have called multiple times, please-I ask, show me your phone record, I’ll happily show you mine. We received NO calls from you, period.

This storage facility is great! Right next to the Fort Rucker gate so you never have to worry about your stuff. The manager, Joyce is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. They are also a U-haul rental store and usually have a good stock of trucks and trailers.
