Always short staff. The seems to try but it's hard to smile when you're over work. The wedsite and app is one of the worst I had to use. Refill has almost no info to help explain why they cannot fill or prevent experiration of prescription with refills. Makes no sense not to have the information that's on the bottle. I've complained and left feedback and nothing changes. show they dont care.

The CVS in OZARK, AL has consistently been a great place to shop, not only for pharmaceuticals, but also for other items.
They have great discounts on various products and you can also get points to use for future purchases.

Extremely rude experience when the pharmacist was supposed to transfer my service from another pharmacy. Maybe she was stressed but snapping that she ,”Didn’t have time for that.” Was uncalled for. I’ll just go somewhere else.

While visiting town we realized we were out of a critical medication. The staff helped us get what we needed to get back home. Endless thanks to them for helping in our time of need!

Took for trips to get a prescription filled for a colonoscopy. They need to hire more help.
