I’ve bought several vehicles from Gilland and recently a salesperson tried to guilt me into buying a vehicle because they weren’t producing. It left a sour taste in my mouth. I tried to give them one last chance and they never bothered to return my messages. Done with this dealer.

bought a bronco sport and was told it was a 4 x 4 but in all actuality, it's an all wheel drive vehicle not a four-wheel-drive vehicle like they said they won't fix the problem of it not being a 4 x 4 I said it's my problem now that we didn't know what we were talking about so I wouldn't recommend using this Dealership unless you just wanna throw money down the drain

We bought a Ford Explorer XLT. I wish I had counted the lies. Honestly there were so many, I'm not sure it would have been possible. I honestly don't think one thing they said was actually what they did. After keeping the car overnight to add some upgrades we paid an additional $1800 for and to detail the car, it was returned filthy. Not even washed. So after giving them thousands, I paid to have my new car cleaned. Then we make it to the courthouse to transfer the tag to find out the dealership had past taxes due on the car that we had to pay. After the hundreds in taxes we paid to the dealership, we had to pay $150 to Houston County. The dealership refunded the taxes (not like they had a choice). But all this added together confirms they are not a business I would ever trust again or recommend to anyone.

I have been looking for a Ford Maverick for over a year with no luck and lucky for me their website was down when 2 had been brought in and came back up the day I happened to look on their site. I had not found any in GA and decided to check in AL. I spoke with Robert Milton, who ended up working me by phone, and his manager Marlos. It was a 2 hr drive, but well worth the trip. Doing business with dealship even over the phone was hassle-free, and they had everything ready for me by the time I got there. They had found me a finance company and had spent the time looking for the best interest rate not just at one or two companies either, and it wasn't with their company. It was at the interest rate I wanted and at the payment I had anticipated. The truck had already been detailed and gased up, so I didn't have to wait around for that to be done. I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra like extended warranties or stuff I didn't need. Robert took the time to explain every gizmo and gadget on the truck and show me how things work and downloaded and paired everything before I left. Then, he recommended one of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten at. Even though it was a 2 hr drive, I didn't mind because I commute that far to work, and even if I didn't it was still worth the trip to treated fairly and not feel like I had been treated like a female by car salesman. No offense, Robert!
