Today I got my truck towed by Pinky South Union Garage. I received a call to let me know that once the driver finished his call he would be to me in 33 minutes. The young man name Wrangler call to let me know he was about 25minutes away. Upon Wrangler arriving he was very nice and professional and he explain everything he was doing. If you need a polite courtesy young man for your towing needs than call Pinky and ask for Wrangler he will make your towing need stress free for you.

Absolutely horrible experience wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Had my car sent there from the dealership I bought it from, was sent there to fix an ac part which they couldn't fix them self they had to send it to a dealership in Montgomery. I went to go pick up my car bc they said it was fixed and when I got the car the ac was still not working and my windshield was broken and no other actions were taken after I called several times to try and sort it out

Don't mind some of these negative comments from people that are mad about getting their cars repoed. I have used this company several times and have had the best experience every time.

These guys are absolutely the best. Our roadside assistance called them and they were there in 25 minutes. GPS told us where they were on the way. And the Tow Driver Michael B. Was absolutely the best!!

Always kind and respectful if they can help they will the mechanics break anything down and make it easy to understand the office staff always friendly and happy to help there I'd access to the owner who him self still works hard along next to his workers 24 hour tow service and the atmosphere is so welcoming and positive if you get a chance stop in say hi

AAA called Pinky's in Ozark for my tow. Driver arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a great job and there were no problems with pickup or dropoff to my garage. I recommend for towing.

Waited 4 hours for towing kept getting notified it would be another hour. After over 4 hours called a great towing company Wiregrass Towing and Recovery they were there in 10 minutes loaded our car dropped us off at our Hotel and went on to the dealership with our car. Got a call a hour later from Pinky’s that they were there to get my car and I said it was already gone. Never call them .

I would give them less than a star if I could. This place accepted the tow through insurance after my car broke down. My 4 year old and I waited 4.5 hours with 2 extensions on the ETA before Pinky’s cancelled the tow with no explanation. Thank god for Goodyear towing who were to us in 30 minutes.

If I could give zero star this would it.This "towing company" is the WORST. Very freakin slow at everything, lack communication, and seems like one guy that works the phone hates his job. Lie ab ETA I was waiting almost 2 1/2 hours and for them to say they're otw 45 mins out. They seem freakin lazy came by to get my vehicle 3x and had an excuse for every freakin time. I mean bruh if you were that lazy don't take the calls. Soooo yea....

Pinky's need to do better my mother was there just last week and the owner Mike all he wanted to do was argue with my mother when all she was trying to do was get help to fix her car I ain't going to say where she bought it from but she shouldn't have bought it from that place because all she did was buy a car that ain't done nothing but give her problems and Mike the owner brother you need an attitude adjustment if I could give you negative 10 Stars I would I know what kind of people you higher up there and I know who you are Mike trying to sue me over my truck that you told after I've been sitting there for going on the 3rd morning and trying to charge me $479 when you're literally just picked it up then try to sue me just to get the title and then I see it being drove around town by some little white boy I think it's a rip-off going to Pinky's I would see her clear straight up! -50 stars for me

Horrible business! Wish I could give less than one star! Scratched my door getting into my truck, even though they were told to be careful. Metal on metal will scratch! Use common sense and wrap your equipment in something as simple as electrical tape and it will not scratch! I complained and their answer was "oh well, it happens."

This place is the absolute worst business of its kind in the industry and the Wiregrass area. The so-called supervisor/manager is the most rudest person I’ve ever talked to over the phone. their tools and equipment are old and less than desirable to perform work for the community. There are no morals or ethics in regards to doing business with customers as it relates to customer service. Meaning, you sign a damage waiver. In other words, once you sign there is no ethics involved to get the job done. None…Tried to appeal remedy the situation and it only got worse as they hide behind the damage waver you sign. Don’t ever use them personally or through your insurance. THEY DONT CARE!!!
